The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow and run Aspire’s partner channel, from working with our tech platform partners to building a referral network of ecomm & ad agencies to fuel the sales teams pipeline. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience building a partnership program from the ground up; you’ve overseen all types of partnerships from strategic platform partners to referral partners. What you’ll be doing

  • Partner internally with business, product, engineering, and other key stakeholders across the company to advance roadmaps & strategic deliverables and enable partner-led go-to-market motions
  • Become an expert on Aspire’s platform, enabling you to have consultative and strategic partnership conversations with prospective partners

What we’re looking for

  • 2-7 years experience in SaaS partnerships building partnerships programs
  • Proven history of building and scaling a partner program across various partner types: strategic, platform, agency.

The base salary for this role is between USD $100,000 – $115,000 annually.

What you’ll be doing

Leadership

  • Drive Growth: Become a critical part of the marketing leadership team with a primary responsibility to drive business growth by establishing and optimizing cross-channel growth strategies for both prospects and customers

Collaboration

Demand Generation and Demand Capture

  • Drive Marketing Qualified Leads: Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, digital strategies, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices to drive successful customer acquisition/current customer expansion opportunities
  • Integrated Campaign Development: Execute an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action and content
  • Expansion Marketing: Establish a customer marketing strategy and team that focuses on customer stickiness, retention, loyalty, cross-sell, upsell, advocacy, and evangelism

Measurement and Reporting

  • Monitor and Measure: Own all growth analytics; work with the data team to build dashboards to regularly monitor experiments, KPI’s, and other key metrics and use this data to continually optimize campaign performance
  • Budget Stewardship: Optimize existing channels and allocate budget to maximize ROI; establish revenue and spend models that enable optimal allocation and ROI positive management of media spend
  • Performance Transparency: Collaborate and align across Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, and Finance to inform budgeting, forecasting and reporting

As the Senior Designer in Marketing, you will lead design for all things marketing.
