We’re looking for a Community Engagement Manager to serve as the public face of NoRedInk, you’ll help humanize the company and build our community into a lively, innovative hub of excellence.

You’ll be a bridge-builder, a storyteller, and a champion of NoRedInk. Your mission will be to engage teachers and district administrators, fostering an environment of connection, celebration, and professional growth. You’ll amplify and nurture a buzzing NoRedInk community that promotes our values and amplifies educator voices. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening the NoRedInk brand by identifying opportunities for earned media, enhancing public relations efforts, and expanding our online presence. You’ll tap into our existing viral network of educators to expand usage, drive new district opportunities, and retain current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Strategy: Leverage the existing word-of-mouth virality of NoRedInk by developing an engagement strategy for NoRedInk’s in-network educators
  • Community Engagement: Create and launch an ambassador program to amplify the voices of NoRedInk’s most prominent advocates and involve them in marketing campaigns
  • Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, increase user acquisition, and improve retention rates
  • Events and Partnerships: Manage national and regional webinars, including sourcing presenters, coordinating logistics, and facilitating engaging conversations on literacy topics
  • Brand Support: Identify opportunities for earned media and collaborate with subject matter experts, ambassadors, and internal teams to create content that supports the brand
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts and implement campaigns on target platforms that provide our network with both resources and tools for sharing NoRedInk
  • Community Insights: Solicit, organize, and promote user-generated content and testimonials while monitoring community trends for valuable insights
  • Community Advocacy: Report the community’s needs, interests, and feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics that measure the effectiveness of community initiatives

About You:

We will consider candidates with two types of professional backgrounds:

Background 1: The EdTech Enthusiast

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or education technology
  • Proven experience launching community initiatives such as online forums, ambassador programs, and event series
  • Experience managing large online social communities that emphasize user-generated content
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute engaging presentations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, webinar platforms, Google Suite, and relevant social media platforms
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, manage, and execute projects within budget and on schedule
  • Ability to act as the face and voice of our brand and effectively manage community communications
  • Proficient in identifying and tracking relevant community engagement metrics
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive in staying up-to-date with digital technology and education trends
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including solid storytelling abilities
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adept at problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Understanding and experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

Background 2: The District Administrator

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in education or administration; 3+additional years in administration preferred
  • Experience launching community initiatives, such as implementing school- or district-wide programs and fostering positive and sustainable culture across teams
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging professional development sessions
  • Established network of school and district administrators with ongoing positive relationships
  • Experience managing brand initiatives across a school or district
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Google Suite, and relevant project management tools
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, manage, and execute projects within budget and on schedule
  • Proficient in identifying and tracking relevant community metrics

About the Role:

As a Motion Graphics artist/video editor you will play a big role in our paid acquisition marketing team. This role is both highly creative and technical — working closely with marketing, designers and copywriters to develop hi fidelity video edits and graphics for adverts across our brands social platforms. You have comprehensive experience and knowledge in the leading professional video and motion graphics applications, with strong animation skills in 2D graphics and editing. This role is 100% remote, and requires clear and consistent communication during working hours.

You Will:

  • Produce high fidelity video and graphics assets for use across the brands social adverts.
  • Create motion graphics such as lower thirds, title cards, animated infographics, in-line with the brand art direction
  • Help to build an efficient post production pipeline that involves automation, templatization, and workflow..
  • Work with creatives to ensure that all assets and deliverables are completed to a high standard under the brand and creative vision.
  • Exchange of program files between video production environments

You Have:

  • 4+ years experience working in a professional environment on digital content
  • Advanced understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media encoder.
  • Good Motion graphics and GFX/VFX experience, and the ability to translate graphic elements and storyboards to edit.
  • Strong animation skills with a good sense of timing and finesse.
  • Advanced knowledge of compositing, motion tracking and rotoscoping a plus.
  • A willingness to experiment and push the boundaries from a VFX/GFX standpoint.
  • A bonus if you have experience in building workflow and pipeline plugins, automation, templates, etc.

Position Overview

Exact Science’s Customer & Digital Experience (CDX) team is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering innovative, immersive, memorable customer-centric journeys for all our customers, across all channels (digital and physical). These journeys are grouped by Customer Types (e.g., Patient, Provider) and further categorized into a set of Experiences (e.g., Understand Risks & Complete Screening, Confirm Diagnosis). Each Experience has a set of specific, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that the overall team is accountable to fulfill.

The Sr UX Designer is responsible for driving/facilitating the realization of the UX strategy and vision for multiple Journeys (e.g., 3+) within a given Experience. In the journeys, this position must account for a holistic Service Design, which encompasses all touchpoints with a given customer, both digital and physical. This position is responsible for addressing the business, user, and technology UX requirements through continuous analysis, iteration, solutioning, and delivery.

With a customer-centric, digital-first approach, and in collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, strategy, research, product, and analytics teams, this role will help build out Journeys and frameworks in the form of: information architectures, design systems, low to high fidelity prototypes, task and workflow modeling, rapid iterative usability testing, in-depth testing, best-practice implementation, and ensuring the ongoing practical and creative quality of user experience.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Facilitate effort to collaborate with CDX Strategists, CDX Researchers, the Experience Management & Capability team and the respective Experience Design team members to produce Service Design deliverables (e.g., Service Blueprints) for multiple Journeys (e.g. 3+) in a given Experience that are integrated, cross-touchpoint, cross-Customer Type, and Cross-Experience/Journey.
  • Facilitate the design, execution, and incorporation of user research into the design of the relative Journeys.
  • Lead the use of Design Thinking, storytelling, and conceptual prototypes to compellingly convey the vision, flow, and features of the products/services being designed.
  • Lead creation and adoption of design systems, website interaction models, information architectures, user task flows, and screen designs; turn complex information into intuitive graphics, charts, and other forms of visualization data.
  • Drive use of ideation and sketching for storyboards and prototyping; create low- and medium-fidelity prototypes to test proposed Journeys.
  • Lead the adaption of the enterprise wide UX best practices, standards, principles, and design thinking processes for use by the respective UX, Product, and Engineering teams; serve as an advocate for these standards, principles, processes.
  • Mentor UX Designers to design innovative and compelling user experiences and corresponding deliverables: wireframes, information architecture diagrams, user flows, comps, and prototypes. Additionally, train and mentor the UX Designers on how to interpret and integrate user research into their designs.
  • Facilitate collaboration with Strategy, Product, and Engineering peer leadership to foster active collaboration across the teams, remove impediments, and ensure delivery of the overall Experience vision & OKRs. Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with senior leadership and other departments (e.g., Marketing) will also be required.
