We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to join our team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be ensuring maximum exposure and driving the growth of our affiliate marketing sites.
We own and operate a network of over 100 leading sites covering news, market analysis, product reviews, product rankings and general blockchain education. They each have multiple revenue streams in various verticals, and have very well established structures and teams operating them – however new to market crypto/blockchain products are a key area of interest, and hence would like a Head of Marketing dedicated to marketing them. You’d be working in partnership with the aforementioned teams (as well as building your own), and as well as having our network of sites to work with, you’ll have any/all other avenues of marketing to utilise (ie SEO, paid ads, off site PR, social media, discord, reddit, telegram etc). This role would not be overseeing our websites, it is a dedicated role to overseeing the strategy (and healthy budgets) allocated purely to marketing new blockchain products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and oversee execution of successful affiliate marketing campaigns in relevant regions, while working in collaboration with CSO
- Manage teams of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting & performance analysis
- Work with relevant marketing Manager’s to find the best content needed for an ever-growing community and keep them engaged
- Ability to communicate campaign strategy with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Build on your resources via networking, live AMA’s, interviews and hands-on activities; B2C + B2B
- Measure and report on the performance of regional marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Establish regional brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and regional segments
- Lead and manage regional executives by providing tasks, objectives, and strategies in accordance with regional marketing goals
- Presents regional marketing reports, providing regular insights to other department heads and executives
Requirements:
- Must have SEO / Content experience
- Preferred Affiliate marketing / agency experience
- Interest in Crypto / Blockchain / Web3 including following news and trends is essential
- Be organised and agile at the same time, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a busy environment
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Is metrics-driven, always on the hunt to find creative solutions to problems
- Strong communication with great attention to detail
- Content creation/creative or design background a plus!
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of marketing & analytics tools
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product designer or UX/UI designer in a company

The User Interface Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end process of transforming complex product requirements into visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces. - Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual-citizenship.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance, if required.
