Duties: Support the Bank s digital analytics initiatives, which utilize data driven insights to fuel strategic growth for the Consumer and Commercial Digital and Experience Design team. Implement and validate Adobe tagging, including technical configuration in Ensighten Tag Manager, to ensure that tags fire properly and data flows to accurately capture and report on consumer behaviors across the Bank s sites and digital assets, including Online Banking and Citizens Bank Mobile App. Validate and troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur. Create and maintain tagging documentation as well as manage technical requirements. Deliver data layer across the Enterprise; measure our web properties, Mobile apps and Online Banking through a standardized network-wide digital data layer. Instill a culture of putting the customer’s data first, ensuring proper security and stability in web tracking. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide tracking solutions and analysis.

Requirements: Master s degree in Computer Science or related field and two years of experience in the role or in a related position. Experience must include: Utilization of Ensighten, Tealium and/or Adobe Launch in web and mobile app environments; Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or AdOps; Consulting on and/or executing technical implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across websites and digital assets in Tealium or Ensighten Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and/or AdOps; Implementation and configuration of tag management solutions such as Tealium or Ensighten Tag Manager, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, etc.; Developing Adobe Analytics and/or Google consumer behavior web and mobile app reporting; Managing and adhering to marketing tag and pixel guidelines and data collection; Developing technical solutions for the identification and analysis of data through Tealium, Ensighten and/or Adobe Launch in both web and mobile app environments, and to include data layers, tagging, variables, custom metric set up; Utilizing JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML to develop and implement mobile app analytics solutions; Communicating and working with internal stakeholders to develop tagging and business requirement recommendation, validate/troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur, communicating status/next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders; Designing reusable analytics frameworks for faster deployment and data consistency; Ensuring integrity and consistency of all the data collected through different analytics solutions, including compliance client and government (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) standard/rules; Validate and debug the mobile and web analytics implementations using debugging tools such as Charles proxy, adobe debugger, etc.

Position Description

This is a remote position.

As a Customer Operations Project Manager, you will be a valuable member of the Customer Operations team responsible for partnering with Customer Leadership to plan, manage, and execute major cross-functional initiatives while ensuring critical business outcomes are delivered. The role will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations and will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside a wide variety of teams within a hypergrowth company, while advising other team members on project plan creation and overall project management.

Responsibilities:

In addition to managing large projects end-to-end, you will draw upon your extensive experience to help lead project management methodologies and guide leaders from other functions to consider best practices when identifying project scope, monitoring performance, and reporting on key milestones. In this role, you will frequently run project meetings for the leadership team, and have the ability to draft clear recommendations to leadership to solve potential risks and blocked dependencies. Through your partnerships with key stakeholders, you will escalate issues at both the project and portfolio level and help to craft and execute solutions. Overall Function
Environmental Defense Fund is hiring a Project Manager, Database Change Management and Learning Initiatives to lead Salesforce-related training and change management efforts for the organization’s Development Department. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the adoption and use of Salesforce and will help build efficient and consistent business processes across the Development department.

Reporting to the Director of Development Database Services, the Project Manager, Database Change Management and Learning Initiatives will be a member of the EDF’s Development Data Team and its broader Development Information and Strategy department. This role will work closely with Development Information and Strategy colleagues, stakeholders across the Development Department, and partners in IT.

This position can be fully remote, or hybrid (2-3 days a week) located in one of our office locations (Washington DC, New York, Boston, Austin, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Boulder).

Key Responsibilities

Change Management: Salesforce Releases & Communications

  • Brainstorm and develop strategies to efficiently communicate change and mitigate change fatigue.
  • Collaborate with Development Data and IT colleagues to develop and share communications about new features, functions and processes.
  • Hold office hours dedicated to new features, functions and processes.

Knowledgebase & Documentation

  • Partner with Development operations colleagues to build a Development Knowledgebase where staff can find digestible content on business processes and functions.
  • Lead all efforts to create and maintain up-to-date Salesforce-related content.
  • Independently and in collaboration with stakeholders, create user documentation for the knowledgebase including but not limited to:
    • Salesforce how-to’s
    • Business process guidelines
    • Department policies
    • Instructional videos
    • Cheat sheets/infographics

Training

  • Serve as the lead Salesforce trainer for the Department
  • Lead efforts to improve the Salesforce training curriculum for new Development staff
  • Provide refresher training opportunities for existing staff
  • Host regular office hours to address questions about Salesforce processes and functions
  • Answer ad-hoc questions about Salesforce how-tos and related business processes and policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in training or customer support

  • At least 2 years of experience leading training sessions
  • Experienced in writing training guides and end-user documentation. Experience drafting software release notes a plus
  • Strong ability to communicate complex subject matter and think creatively about communication and learning strategies
