Who we’re looking for:

- The React Native Technology Lead is responsible for leading the entire React Native development effort on a project. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience in React Native development, including implementing React Native development best practices, defining code architecture, implementing processes, and applying advanced debugging techniques.
- This position also requires strong leadership qualities, including an ability to clarify team roles within a project, delegate development tasks to other team members, and oversee delivery of releases. As a React Native Technology Lead, you’ll be overseeing and mentoring other React Native developers at a variety of skill levels.
- The most successful individual in this position will be one who can implement technical solutions, oversee an internal development team, interface with other disciplines within the organization, and communicate effectively with clients.
What you should bring to the table
- At least 5 years of experience as a React Native Developer.
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Charles Proxy, and Postman.
- BA/BS degree with a technology-related major or equivalent experience.
- Able to provide direction to other developers up to the Senior level.
- Able to evaluate technologies brought forward from clients.
- Able to advocate for scope of work and resource needs.
- Able to assist peers in project troubleshooting.

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for operational support, execution and project management of key programs within the SelectRx division.
This position will also be tasked with developing new ways to improve the overall performance of the pharmacy. This could include coming up with new processes or procedures to streamline certain tasks, finding ways to reduce costs, or identifying opportunities to increase revenue and working cross functionally to implement. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate and influence internal division team members, the executive team, and the working team to meet objectives. Strong leadership and communications skills are imperative for this role.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery and execution related to operations, strategic planning, and project execution for the SelectRx division
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and works cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities
- Drives key new processes and operational programs and projects from inception through implementation. Responsible for ensuring new initiatives are fully vetted and launched at a high velocity
- Encourage professionalism, productivity, performance, and efficiency of all pharmacy staff.

Title: Amazon Brand Specialist, Contract Position
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Amazon Brand Manager, this role will require working across two brands but primarily managing one brand on a daily basis. Your role will be responsible for improving and optimizing the brand’s Amazon listings, while growing the overall Amazon business YoY. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in US business hours. This is a contract position, offering someone the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of remote work.
Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization: Identify areas to grow and improve Amazon business (topline, bottom line, and market share), collaborate with Amazon Brand Manager to develop weekly optimization plans. CVR: Rigorously analyze all listings, with special attention on the top 10 parent listings, to consistently improve CVR as well as overall page rank on Amazon SERP.
- Pricing: Perform competitor and historical research (Keepa) to determine the optimal pricing; align with the Amazon Brand Manager and GM to execute on hard price changes.
- Promotions: Analyze SKU level margins to select and schedule deals and coupons that the brand can profitably participate in, while keeping in mind the impacts on future deal prices.
- Content: Regularly update copy to capitalize on KW trends and seasonal KWs;Regularly update copy to capitalize on KW trends and seasonal KWs. Flag content gaps or areas we can improve our creative and content, while providing best in class examples to the Amazon Brand Manager. The brand manager will put together the creative briefs and coordinate with the in-house creative team to execute.
Customer Analysis:
- Analyze negative reviews – flag product quality issues to the Sourcing team, surface new product ideas to our team’s Product Launch Manager, or submit negative removal requests for non-compliant reviews.
Suspensions:
- Regularly check performance notifications and resolve suspensions by calling Amazon seller support, submitting appeals, and following up on case tickets to ensure minimum downtime. Audit listings on a daily basis for unauthorized changes in the front and back ends of the top 5 parent listings. Resolve listing issues such as missing or incorrect product details, hijacked or closed listings, stranded inventory, IP infringement, etc.
PPC:
- Perform keyword research and prepare for weekly meetings with our PPC marketing agency, Incrementum. Monitor ACoS on a SKU level to maintain profitability and provide the agency with requested campaign changes.
Inventory:
- Regularly reviewing inventory position on Amazon and flagging changes in sales velocity to highlight products at risk of out of stock or excess inventory to the supply chain team. In cases of OOS or excess inventory, brainstorming a plan of action to maximize profitability and executing on approved actions.
