The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. This includes researching and understanding the target audience, developing content that meets their needs, and measuring the results of content marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategy and collaborating skills.

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
  • Maintain and update 15-month content calendar across team and channel.
  • Collaborate cross-team to implement and execute content strategy.
  • Align with marketing research to understand target audience (education and seasonally).
  • Work with writers, designers, and other members of the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media.
  • Track and measure the results of content marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitates task teams of internal/external resources to solve problems/pursue opportunities within one’s primary discipline or function.
  • Applies expertise to develop and recommend innovative business solutions.
  • Applies working knowledge in relevant discipline to recommend solutions for problems with a diverse scope.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to clear a required background check.
