Key Outcomes:

  • Design, develop, and implement predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive models that could drive strategic decisions in various aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a technical field.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Experience in statistical techniques such as Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to comprehend business strategies and objectives, translate business needs into analytical projects, and derive actionable insights to positively impact business performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks, such as Hadoop or Spark.

Summary

We are strengthening the team and looking for a Director of SRE to lead our staff and ensure teams achieve our goals. Wikimedia Foundation’s Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for ensuring our global top-10 web site and other public facing services are healthy, and developing its infrastructure, platform and services further in the enablement of Wikimedia Foundation’s mission. The SRE team comprises over 45 creative and talented staff members who are globally distributed, organized into seven teams each with their own scope and focus area.

Responsibilities:

  • Your first priority: Lead multiple SRE teams in keeping Wikimedia’s sites and services (including Wikipedia) running responsively, reliably and securely, including protection against outages, data loss or breaches, and accommodation and implementation of Wikimedia’s Movement Strategy (including Infrastructure for Open ).

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in site reliability engineering, technical operations, or infrastructure engineering roles
  • 4+ years experience managing infrastructure teams at high traffic websites or online services at scale
  • Track record of managing, inspiring and mentoring multiple managers and engineers, and aligning them across the organization and in the community
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with technical deep-dives into code, networking and operating systems
  • Experience developing and tracking department and project budgets
  • Experience in globally distributed, multi-site high-traffic environments, preferably with both on-premise bare-metal and cloud based infrastructure
  • Familiarity with open source development and community practices. Experience adopting/integrating open source solutions. Track record of upstream contributions (whether personal or through a team) is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with engineering team practices and experience interfacing SRE with other design, product and engineering teams tasked with continuous delivery of functionality
  • Familiarity with large website application architectures, including caching layers, storage scaling concepts, network infrastructure, monitoring systems, etc.
  • Experience with highly geographically distributed teams and follow-the-sun operations is a major plus. Personal cross-cultural experience (having lived, or worked internationally) helps as well

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead strategy and handle tactical execution of organic content marketing on crocs.com and crocs.ca
  • Collaborate with SEO agency to optimize website; initiate projects to achieve both long and short-term revenue goals
  • Lead the intake of SEO content projects and recommendations, prioritize projects by importance, and ensure completion through frequent collaboration with the onsite team
  • Review technical recommendations from SEO agency and work with technical SEO team to prioritize and implement requests through JIRA ticketing system
  • Work cross-functionally with UX, CS, and onsite team to consult on proposed site changes, URL changes, page removals, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide SEO agency and internal teams
  • Work with the greater Digital Marketing team to communicate impact of work & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with paid search team to ensure alignment between paid and organic results on the SERP

POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Coding and QA Specialist to represent Radiology Partners by coding and correcting reports. Accurate coding of reports will provide customer satisfaction throughout the claim process and assure full collections for account resolution, providing the company with a firm foundation for growth potential and ensuring sustainability.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assign ICD and CPT codes to properly identify the procedures performed, while following Correct Coding Initiative and Medicare Local Coverage of Determination & NCD edits and Managed Care payer edits as needed, to ensure accurate coding for services.
• Review charges coded by vendor or autocoder, identifying coding or logic errors and sharing with Supervisor.
• Work with Supervisor, the Coding Team and outsource vendor to resolve coding issues.
• Review and correct coding denials, identifying trends in payer requirements and communicate findings back to Supervisor for coder education.
• Work with AR team to ensure denials are processed correctly.
• Process claim rejections from clearinghouse related to coding.
• Maintain regulatory compliance by staying abreast of current trends and regulations in the financial and healthcare industries.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) highly preferred or two years related experience and/or training
• Certification through the American Health Information Management Technician (AHIMA) as one of the following: Registered Health Information Management Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Management Technician (RHIA), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P), or certified through the American Association of Procedural Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
