The Senior Designer is responsible for helping the team define a design direction on specific assignments. They also partner with the Lead Designer(s) to oversee the design execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct conceptual exploration, establish direction and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of that direction through production.
- Identify and resolve client and team issues, perform resource allocations, and lead meetings.
- Help Lead/Creative Director/Executive Creative Director establish art direction of projects.
- Leads specific aspects of design on projects, thinking in both print and digital forms in concept phase.
- Participates to internal presentations and participates in presentations to the clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative suite.
- Possession of an undergraduate degree.
- Basic knowledge of interactive design is a plus.
- Excellent design, color and typographic skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner maintaining effective communication, both written and spoken.
- Adept at preemptively identifying problems and devising solutions.

The People Insights team is looking for a technically savvy data scientist to support critical data analysis, generate behavioral insights, tell compelling stories with data, and help the People Insights team scale our impact. This individual will provide essential support to our client-facing team members, arming them with advanced analyses, visualizations, and insights from client data. What you’ll do:
- Conduct advanced analyses for strategic accounts and opportunities (with quantitative and qualitative data) to uncover the most compelling findings and insights
- Use clever and compelling data visualization strategies to generate accessible, intuitive, and impactful graphics
- Support efforts to create repeatable, scalable analytics (e.g. elegant code and output documentation; developing, validating and implementing dashboards)
- Contribute to the development of an R Shiny application that allows internal customers (BetterUppers) to explore client data, build self-service data visualizations, and automate slides
- Describe data and findings in an easy-to-understand way that is accessible to our clients, the market and a broad audience

This person must be extremely organized to build anywhere from 2-6 emails a day and any associated filters.
Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of email campaigns including, but not limited to building and QA’ing daily emails and filters/targets, copy reviews, structuring A/B tests, scheduling deliveries, and basic reporting on results. Specifics include:
- Design and set up emails in Braze including content creation, images/graphics, and html coding
- Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Understand how to send to specific target audiences within SFMC and upload lists as necessary
- Send messages to those who have opted in for notifications.
- Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a creative thinker and problem solver and lead technical discussions to deliver on SRE responsibilities.
- Design and build reliable pipelines for delivering features to production in a timely yet safe manner using modern techniques.
- Design and implement logging, monitoring, observability capabilities as well as bespoke tools to manage Bobsled’s products and services running on global multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Be instrumental in the design and implementation of Bobsled’s incident response process adhering to modern best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to issues that impact Bobsled availability, and provide support with customer incidents.
- Participate in design discussions with other teams to promote SRE principles and ensure code delivered is of production quality.
- Be aware of changes in software best practices and new technologies which Bobsled could adopt to improve our security posture, cost margins and feature velocity.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a senior SRE or similar role responsible for managing distributed cloud systems in production.
- Required to work with Typescript and Terraform (CDKTF), but experience in other modern languages will be considered.
- Expert knowledge of monitoring principles and modern alerting techniques at scale and tooling required to deliver on these.
- Good knowledge of credential/secret management which deliver modern best practices and to assist achieving security compliance certifications.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure as code concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure and provider databases. Serverless knowledge is a big plus.
