We’re looking for a driven, customer-centric, and inventive Product Manager to join our growing product org. As Mobile PM, you will play a key role in taking our native iOS and Mobile apps to the next level. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remarkable mobile experiences and capabilities that help us reshape fleet management.

You’ll report to the Director of Product Management, and you’ll be accountable for the success of our Mobile apps – used by the majority of our Fleetio users worldwide. At Fleetio, our users are always on the move, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring Fleetio is valuable to them wherever they may go. You’ll drive continuous discovery and delivery of the right Mobile solutions for our customers – across small businesses thru large multinational enterprises.

What you’ll be doing

  • Articulate what a winning Mobile product looks like, and drive the product plan and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and other peers across our organization to build remarkable iOS and Android apps.
  • Ensure Fleetio’s Mobile apps are customer-driven, data-informed, and aligned with our goals around conversion, activation, adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Act as a Mobile product evangelist, advocating for our apps internally and externally.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, value proposition, tradeoffs, risks, opportunities, learnings, insights, and roadmap updates to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
  • Work closely with your team to find ways to make our development process more efficient in delivering high-quality features to customers quickly.
  • Help us foster a culture of impact, collaboration, risk-taking, experimentation, iteration, learning, and sound decision-making.
  • Define, track, and analyze metrics that inform the success of our Mobile products.
  • Guide features through their entire creative cycle: Discovery, ideation, specification, test, delivery, launch / GTM, analysis, and optimization.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to turn business priorities, key themes, and big ideas into a roadmap with minimal guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation, expansion, and zero-to-one innovation.
  • Deeply understand and advocate for Mobile capabilities and use cases.
  • Raise the bar for product quality across our mobile apps based on strong evidence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in product management, building and delivering native Mobile iOS and Android apps – preferably in modern, technology-driven B2B SaaS environments.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile product management, with a deep understanding of mobile technologies, platforms, and trends – and experience continuously shipping highly rated and used iOS and Android apps.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile design best practices, patterns, and workflows, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
  • Passion for customer & business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of PM.
