Responsibilities:

  • Craft holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements for our app and web experiences.
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of the user centered design process.
  • Define UX and UI requirements and work with teams to execute a consistent experience across systems.
  • Participate in usability studies and directly collect and react to user feedback.
  • Design/Build wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes and other deliverables.
  • Create and maintain product information architecture as well as any UI patterns for active, evolving design systems.
  • Work directly with engineering to deliver the final product, maintain accountability for design execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a professional UX Designer or similar title/role.
  • Experience with interaction design principles and tools
  • Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
  • Possess a solid grasp of web design best-practices, principles, and current web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience working in teams that use Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge and efficiency with UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure RP, and the Adobe creative suite.
  • Strong references with an online portfolio of work, demonstrating samples of design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and a screen designs.

Our design research leads serve on project teams by leading the creation of research strategies and deliverables, overseeing discovery initiatives, and establishing research operations within our client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Guide clients and product teams on the appropriate research design strategy needed to answer critical questions
  • Strategize and lead research efforts to answer critical questions about user experiences with digital products, complex systems, service experiences, in-store experiences and more
  • Lead research efforts within digital product teams, in both agile and waterfall environments
  • Conduct user research using a wide variety of qualitative methods (i.e., 1:1 interviews, diary studies, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and more)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the design research field, conducting both large discovery research efforts as well as iterative research efforts within an agile environment
  • Experience leading other researchers through research planning and execution by setting goals and directions for researchers to execute within
  • Extreme attention to detail with a focus on efficiency
  • Track record of driving research work streams and deliverables

Job Summary

The Sr Analyst Analytics will provide our business partners with people data and reporting using tools such as Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI and Tableau. This role will play a critical role in analyzing trends, translating data, and presenting meaningful stories that provide insights that drive business decisions. This role will capture detailed requirements, compile business and functional design documents, translating those into meaningful reports and dashboards for end users ensuring that the data is relevant, timely and effectively depicts the story.

This is a remote position; however, successful candidates must live in the United States. Some quarterly travel tothe CSX Corporate office in Jacksonville, FL will be expected.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for report creation, development, and customization within the company’s Oracle HCM system
  • Serves as subject matter expert in Human Resources HRIS system (Oracle) and develops reporting solutions to identify business efficiencies and improvement opportunities using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle BI Publisher

WHO YOU ARE:

The Client Support Specialist (CSS) will provide oversight and advice to the Account Manager, Delivery Lead, Program Manager/PM, Operational Lead and Client Operations Analyst on production items from intake to resolution and development of new processes/support.  CSS’s will report and facilitate incident and change items directly to the External client; and provide assistance to our Internal teams in the mitigation and resolution of items.

RESPONSIBILITIES
