What We Are Looking For:
Our designers are challenged with crafting an innovative end-to-end user experience for ourdigital-first banking platform and financial products.Expect daily collaboration with internal and partner stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams to define, design, and refine our digitalcustomerexperiences. Channels include our apps, websites, push notifications, and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Craft holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements for our app and web experiences.
- Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of the user centered design process.
- Define UX and UI requirements and work with teams to execute a consistent experience across systems.
- Participate in usability studies and directly collect and react to user feedback.
- Design/Build wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes and other deliverables.
- Create and maintain product information architecture as well as any UI patterns for active, evolving design systems.
- Work directly with engineering to deliver the final product, maintain accountability for design execution.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven experience as a professional UX Designer or similar title/role.
- Experience with interaction design principles and tools
- Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
- Possess a solid grasp of web design best-practices, principles, and current web and mobile technologies.
- Experience working in teams that use Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge and efficiency with UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure RP, and the Adobe creative suite.
- Strong references with an online portfolio of work, demonstrating samples of design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and a screen designs.
