Job Description:
The Tableau Application Administrator will administer the classified Tableau Application environment and develop Tableau content and reporting for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge Tennessee. This position will work with crossfunctional departments to scope, design and deploy Tableau content in alignment with customer requirements and CNS/NNSA/DOE mission objectives, while maintaining Tableau Application functionality in accordance with industry administrative best practices.
Duties include:
- Work closely with Project Management, Information Systems and Solutions, and Tableau Account Management team to perform scoping, requirements gathering, application installation, configuration, and provide input on architecture design of an on-premises Tableau Server in a classified environment
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the development and governance of content created within the Tableau/Tableau Server ecosystem
- Perform routine administration duties for the maintenance of the Classified Tableau
- Develop high-quality, high-reliability Tableau content using industry best practices

The Ecommerce Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of Ecommerce and will be responsible for overseeing the BaubleBar website with support from the Senior Ecommerce Coordinator. - Manage the product launch process on Shopify, working closely with the NetSuite Product Set Up Team as well as cross functional partners to collect all information necessary to build and launch products
