What you’ll do

The Director of Business Development (Global) is a role responsible for leading a team and building and growing DocuSigns strategic partnership with SaaS category leader(s) to make it a scalable growth engine that is aligned with our corporate priorities. You will work cross-functionally to support the business and make that portfolio of partnerships successful. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, persuasive, result-oriented manager.

This position requires you to manage DocuSigns strategic partnership with Microsoft globally across various pillars of the partnership including partnership strategy, product co-innovation, partnership programs, marketing, executive alignment and joint GTM. The individual will have responsibility to coordinate with a global virtual team of PAMs each accountable for joint GTM with Microsoft in their respective regions (North America, EMEA, APJ etc.)

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic ISV Partnerships.

Responsibility

  • Manage a team of Partner Account Managers
  • Develop a global joint GTM plan for the partnership
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop joint messaging of partnership
  • Drive integration launch marketing
  • Leverage sales enablement tools and marketing materials to drive awareness and education around integrations internally and externally
  • Drive executive alignment across DocuSign and partner Sales & GTM leaders
  • Drive pipeline generation and growth working with country marketing teams and regional Partner Alliance Managers
  • Enable and activate DocuSign and partner sellers and drive field collaboration
  • Discover and incubate net new GTM and co-sell motions
  • Drive and support Quarterly Business Reviews & adjust the plan based on business dynamics
