The Desktop Analyst Provide day-to-day operational service and support for defined desktop services, solving complex hardware and software issues with a focus on clients Microsoft environment. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or 8 years of equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Computer Science, Information Systems Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working as a Senior Desktop Support analyst in an enterprise environment support > 1,000 users
  • Certifications in Microsoft and AWS is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • Strong administration skills in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM (MECM)
  • Application packaging and deployment (SCCM, Intune)

The Senior Engineering Manager for the Experience team is a critical leadership role at VRChat. This person is accountable for the technical direction of the Experience team which owns the core experience for users across all VRChat platforms.
