Essential Functions:

  • Lead the development of visual concepts and executions from ideation through delivery, partnering closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Strategists, and Motion Designers.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of design experience with a portfolio that highlights your conceptual thinking, art direction, and execution across digital and social platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Expertise in designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and OTT.
  • Strong knowledge of channel-specific best practices (e.g., ad unit specs, creative requirements, and limitations).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize new interactive simulations for hard-to-learn concepts as aligned with state and national science standards
  • Establish and drive ongoing improvements to our simulations leveraging new techniques where appropriate
  • Write working code including the underpinning mathematical models for new interactive simulations
  • Play a critical role in playtesting and other LX/UX Research activities
  • Work in sprints with a project manager and developer team to build out the simulations for release
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Participate in market research and strategic planning including staying well informed enough about the competitive landscape to innovate ahead of it
  • Identify and execute against opportunities to take bold steps forward to advance the utility of interactive simulations in classrooms. This could run the gamut from AI powered approaches that allow simulations to adapt to individual students’ unique learning trajectories to “serious games” approaches that make simulation-based learning more engaging and fun.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience and passion for working on creative educational projects that have required an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to launch and a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving to shepherd to a successful outcome.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with mathematical modeling of a wide range of systems and phenomena
  • 4+ years of experience with application-level JavaScript, HTML5, and Canvas
  • Production experience with JavaScript libraries that help with developing interactive simulations (e.g. PixiJS, Adobe Animate CC) and support data visualization (e.g. d3 or similar/equivalent library)
  • Good sense of design, layout, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
  • Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
  • bachelors degree in CS, EE, mathematics, or related field with an emphasis on mathematical modeling
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in applied mathematics

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing individual to join the upstream marketing team to lead new product development projects and explore novel applications of our core technology within the Coronary market. This individual will play a key role engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); exploring unmet needs and market opportunities; and collaborating with R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales training, clinical, operations, manufacturing, and sales teams. Additionally, this role a strong field-based component as this individual engages directly with physicians and staff as new and novel technologies are used commercially and as a part of clinical studies. This is a visible role that will be vital to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Vice President to guide the portfolio strategy for core and novel technology new product development programs.
  • Champion product development activities across multiple internal groups by collaborating with and influencing R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, operations, sales, etc.
  • Partner with R&D, clinical, and commercial to understand the potential applications for our core technology.
  • Lead market research to understand behaviors, identify opportunities and unmet needs, and value market opportunities.
  • Assess the competitive and clinical environment to determine appropriate development priorities for the organization.
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.
  • Lead the planning, acquisition, and analysis of feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, through Advisory Boards, one on one conversations, third party market research, internal stakeholders to inform product development and live-case coverage.
  • Communicate customer input to the technical development team and broader cross-functional leadership team.
  • Take a leadership role on project teams and work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional product management, clinical, sales, engineering or the equivalent experience, preferably in cardiovascular medtech.
  • Experience attending clinical cases to uncover unmet needs, observe workflow and better assess and understand new disease states and procedures, is required.
  • Proven ability to become a subject matter expert for a variety of new clinical applications, community trends and more specifically, the segments targeted by assigned products.

Responsibilities

The SER, Development & Testing team within the Electronic Health Record/Revenue Cycle Management (EHR/RCM) system division is seeking a Lead Analyst/Programmer to provide technical/architectural guidance and support for new and existing software solutions developed for EHR/RCM integrations and workflows, in collaboration with our vendor partner Palantir. The Lead Analyst/Programmer will serve as the primary point of contact for IT leadership, hospital administration, Palantir staff, and other internal stakeholders. Working in collaboration with a project manager, the Lead Analyst/Programmer will help drive conversations around resources, timelines, and priorities. The role will also build the support model, including structure, expectations, and Service Level Agreements.

Accountable for project results and goals set by senior Mayo leadership and provides updates to IT leaders on long-term goal attainment. Directly oversees the activities of the members of the team assigned to the development and maintenance of software-based systems in the supported areas. Provides leadership for the design or selection of solutions, creates and/or implements cross-functional project teams (intact or virtual), and brings together the hardware, software, and personnel responsibilities for implementing solutions to support a customer area.
