Optiv is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive Optiv’s marketing programs and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who excels in an operational environment. They will be Marketo certified with working experience in a variety of MarTec platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc.). This individual will be skilled in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using a variety of systems. How you’ll make an impact

  • Share responsibility for the end-to-end ownership and management of the marketing technology stack, including (but not limited to): Marketo, Salesforce, Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible), 6sense.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to define team processes, hand-off points, document workflows and agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and key stakeholders to create strategic campaigns integrated across a variety of marketing tactics.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming projects, reviewing campaigns/emails/lists/programs and landing pages for accuracy.
  • Assist in training and support of marketing team members that work in Marketo.
  • Analyze, identify, and pull segmented lists based on demographics and behaviors, informed by a variety of systems (6sense, SFDC, Marketo).
  • Lead A/B testing, performance optimization and campaign enhancement efforts, including strategic evaluation of campaign performance.
  • Establish and contribute to ongoing tracking and reporting efforts to monitor campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact of marketing programs.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university.
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience required, preferably in operations.
  • Marketo certification and at least 3+ years’ experience in Marketo.
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • A solid understanding of how ABM programs work and experience with at least one ABM platform (6sense, Demandbase).
  • Proven ability to manage details on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience architecting and supporting marketing automation campaigns, and managing their associated assets (forms, landing pages, templates, integrations, etc.).
  • Experience with lead routing and lead scoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Impeccable attention to detail.
