Overview:
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking four (4) .NET developers to support a time-sensitive development project on our flagship contract. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with .NET development tools/languages such as Visual Studio, C# and ASP.NET Razor and work with the team to redevelop a legacy application used to support the collection, curation, archiving, and dissemination of scientific information. The developers will report to the Task Lead and Program Manager to provide regular updates on development and use Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices in support of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team to redevelop existing legacy ColdFusion / Oracle Forms application using modern .NET tools/technologies
  • Meet with customers to gather/analyze requirements
  • Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry best practices to effectively analyze, develop, unit test, peer review and deploy all new/modified code.
  • Collaborate with QC Testers to address all identified defects/issues found during Quality Control and User Acceptance Testing

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.

  • 6-8 years of database experience using Microsoft SQL Server and related tools such as SSRS and SSIS
  • Familiarity with code repo/version control tools such as Azure Repos, GitLab and/or Team Foundation Server

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to craft consumer grade experiences with an SPA frontend (Ember) and RESTful backend (Ruby on Rails).

In this position, you will

  • Reach out to Access prospects
    • Responsible for outreach and engagement with an expected result of at least 1K new Access members annually
    • Email outreach: Draft, edit and execute email outreach to Access prospects in Hubspot; report on outreach progress and suggest improvements
    • Social media: Weekly posting through Access social media channels
    • Maintain Access website with latest events, messaging and branding

We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Product Manager to help lead the development of Eleanor’s internal technology platform within and surrounding Salesforce. This role will help us build and deliver a world-class digital experience through the execution and creation of the Eleanor Health experience for; sales growth and access (Sales, Business Development, Call Center Operations, and Referral Management).

This role is critical to the success of Eleanor’s mission by helping us optimize and automate internal processes critical to increasing our payer sales, provider networks, and efficiencies for our business development and call center teams.

Reporting to Eleanor’s Director of Product and Technical Operations, this role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across our engineering, design, clinical, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the execution and creation of the Eleanor Health experience for; sales growth and access (Sales, Business Development, and Referral Management).
  • Own the CCaaS platform strategy, selection, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.

    • Manage the relationship with our external salesforce partners and engineers.
    • Drive product requirements definition, product planning, and product design based on successful experiments to launch new capabilities at scale
    • Evangelize roadmaps, prioritization, and new features to internal stakeholders, including executives. Analyze, track and report on success metrics to cross-functional teams.
    • Be the voice of our members, staff, and providers. Thoroughly understand their needs, including conducting user research and usability testing in conjunction with product designers.
    • Leverage user feedback in all its forms to understand how staff and members engage with our products and marketing materials make better decisions and drive meaningful outcomes for the business
    • Partner closely with vendors, health plans, and enterprise customers to devise and execute deep product integrations
    • Lead the ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of new product features

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Product Management or related roles
  • A passion for our mission to redefine care for whole health, including; addictions treatment and behavioral health
  • Proven track record of launching new products and/or programs from planning to launch

About The Role

  • In your first 30 days, you’ll dive in and really understand everything about the user, the product, the team and the company. You’ll do 10+ user calls, attend sales demos, review product feedback and meet with key people across the company. You’ll build out an analytics dashboard and build a mental model of different user personas and their pain points. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the product, understand trade-offs we’ve made up until now and identify areas of improvement. You’ll get to know everyone on your team and their strengths and areas of expertise. You’ll internalize the company objectives, long term business goals and how teams fit together.
  • In the first 90 days, in collaboration with the Product team, you’ll develop the product roadmap for the Growth Team and will begin to lead projects of increasing complexity. You’ll begin to own product development processes for the team: running standups, grooming Jira backlog, helping to break down projects, prioritizing/triaging bugs reported. By the end of your first 90 days, you’ll design, deliver and analyze your first product experiments that aim to increase core business metrics.

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fast growing SaaS startup
  • Proven track record of delivering product changes that have significant business impact (have a direct impact on product usage, revenue and/or top of the funnel user acquisition)
  • Successful track record of owning a significant part of a user-facing product and delivering features that customers need, preferably on a web-based product
  • Significant experience with running a successful product development process, including maintaining Jira, running planning sessions and working closely with engineering to get features delivered
  • Educational background in life sciences is a plus
