Your Area of Focus

  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • Professional experience developing distributed database-driven web-based applications with Java and the Spring framework, C#/.NET, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge in computer architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software techniques
  • Technical leadership with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply them in day-to-day work
  • Use data to make technical recommendations and decisions
  • Key contributor to technical team discussions and engineering debates
  • Ability to accurately estimate scope on larger software projects
  • Looks beyond current execution of tasks
  • Proficient at debugging other engineers code

As Senior Account Manager, you will manage Value-Based Care (VBC) Payor Program accounts through in-depth knowledge and understanding of the provider and payer marketplace, systems, and workflows. Our customer accounts include Commercial Insurance Payors, Accountable Care Organizations, and other non- Governmental organizations that have contracted with Interwell Health to receive Integrated Care Management Services for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients.

What you will do:

  • Schedules, prepares and leads client meetings on a regular basis with internal and external executive level teams, program administrators and medical directors to review program clinical outcomes, financial trends and other key metrics
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Independently resolves complex problems creatively and in a timely manner, using all investigative resources at hand to research and gather viable solutions. Presents issues and suggested resolutions effectively in writing and/or verbally to leadership
  • Prepares and delivers customer specific presentations outlining program activity, clinical outcomes and financial performance.
  • Works closely with internal and external data teams to organize data exchanges and troubleshoot issues if and when they occur.
  • Plays an integral role in the development of operational, systemic and reporting processes
  • Produces and maintains flow charts outlining internal and external processes, workflows and systems logic
  • Uses project management skills and experience to implement multifaceted programs for new and existing clients
  • Maintains positive customer relationships by working with internal partners to ensure contractual obligations are being met; ensures that defined contractual requirements and performance guarantees are adhered to by the organization and delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments; capable of meeting short-term deadlines
  • Works closely with Finance Department in connection with establishing and validating member and revenue projections and to assist in the management of client invoicing and payments
  • May aid junior level staff with more complex tasks that require a higher level of understanding of functions
  • Supports the IWH Leadership Team in new policies, procedures and workflows as it relates to Account Management
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for IWH client management processes and maintains solid understanding of CMS and health plan regulations pertaining to Managed Care and Accountable Care Organizations

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration or Health Care Administration

What the Role Is

Babylist launched two owned brands last year (AEIOU and Tiny Kind) and our Production Manager will be part of our owned brands team as a new, key member to help launch three more brands THIS year! As we expand our owned brands, our Production Manager will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with external merchants and factories to drive efficient processes and timelines and liaise with factories to organize workflows in order to meet specifications and deadlines.

This is a huge opportunity to develop and produce products across multiple items from soft goods to hard goods. Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Exact starting pay will be determined based on skills and experience as well as location. We hold two compensation reviews annually to review pay for performance and market and run an equity analysis to ensure our pay practices are fair and unbiased.

A reasonable estimate for the current range in each zone is:

  • Zone 1 $71,000-$103,000
  • Zone 2 $65,000-$93,000
  • Zone 3 $60,000-$87,000

These ranges may be modified in the future.

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and measuring all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop campaigns that drive interest in PAR services including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows.
  • Segment audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
  • Management of lead generation activities such as webcasts, Lunch & Learns, drip campaigns, paid media campaigns, podcasts and more.
  • Analyze and report results from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads; present recommendations to the Marketing team in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.

  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pardot to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects.
  • Support program and campaign planning to ensure effective resource utilization and management across the marketing team for both internal projects (e.g. technology implementations, process improvements) and marketing campaigns, projects and activities.
  • Perform reporting and analysis to support the development of budgets and financial planning, working closely with the team.
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.

Working in collaboration with art direction and our Biome Leads, you will be responsible for bringing our next-gen vegetation library to life for in-game and cinematic AAA content. Responsibilities:

  • Create realistic, beautiful models and textures for vegetation assets.
  • Work closely with our Biome Leads and Art Directors to define our foliage needs and build out our library.
  • Work with our Photogrammetry team to capture and process foliage scans.
  • Help build and refine aspects of the vegetation pipeline, working closely with Tech Art to support new features, processes, and tool improvements.
