We are seeking a talented SEO Content Manager to join our team. This role will involve taking complete ownership of the Uscreen blog, from strategy to execution. As a key player, you will work closely with other teams, including Marketing and Product, to help us establish strong SEO and brand authority in our industry.

What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the overall SEO content strategy for the Uscreen blog
- Manage day-to-day blog operations, including content ideation, briefing, editing, publishing, and optimization
- Maintain a holistic on-brand narrative across all blog content
- Manage in-house and freelance writers, along with other internal and external content contributors
- Regularly conduct content audits, competitor research and optimizations to improve SEO performance
- Increase blog output and develop strategic content loops to enhance blog reach and engagement
- Maintain and craft high-quality content standards and consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate compelling visuals into blog posts
- Occasionally contribute written content to the blog
- Explore and implement various content types to provide diverse and value-led content to our audience
- Manage and optimize content distribution channels
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a content-focused leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS industry
- Proven track record of managing and building SEO content strategies using business objectives as a key driver of content success
- Demonstrated success in scaling blogs, driving organic growth, and capturing new demand from organic search
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content management systems, and keyword research
- Deep understanding of data and analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive content strategy and performance.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team of writers, and scaling content engines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
- Experience in crafting and executing a content strategy
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of Creator Economy would be a strong advantage

Role Summary:
Hello Bello is looking for a strategic Site Merchandiser who will play an essential role in advancing online merchandising initiatives and eCommerce strategies to maximize sales and conversion with our online retailing partners (Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.). This person will be accountable for delivering an outstanding online shopping experience by ensuring customers easily find and buy the desired products through the development of data-driven merchandising strategies, with a focus on maximizing conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review merchandise presentation for online retailing partners to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement and promotional tags are accurate and meet brand standards
- Coordinate with Brand and Sales teams to execute perfect product launches
- Analyze data to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions and take action to improve conversion rate
- Manage review syndication across all retail ecommerce sites
- Monitor and conduct site audits for accuracy of product listings
- Serve as liaison between Sales, Brand & DTC Teams to ensure Omni-Channel programming delivers on both Brand and Customer objectives
- Track status of projects, communicating with relevant cross-functional teams, and providing quality assurance of retail partners
- Recommend retailer specific improvements, updates, and changes necessary for best-in-class merchandising
- Optimize SEO, keyword rankings and product listings continuously
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in marketing within the e-commerce sector with a focus on site merchandising
- Expertise in Walmart Retail Link, Supplier Center, and Item 360
- CPG and eCommerce experience required
- Proven experience of managing and optimizing online sales on eCommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail best practices
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Salsify, Syndigo and Bazaarvoice experience a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred, or appropriate combination of education and relevant practical experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, analyze and visualize tens of millions of healthcare data records to support marketing and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, customer requests and product Research and Development (R&D);
- Balance and deliver on multiple adhoc data analyses for customers;
- Take ownership of content creation over specific domains including: Readmissions and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH);
- Build content for Arcadia’s proprietary technical foundry database and systems;
- Support production support team in identification of issues and root causes;
- Assist junior analysts with complex data analytics;
- Develop and create dashboards and analyze medical economics data to identify insights that assist customers with valuebased care;
- Assist customers on technical aspects of our population healthcare analytics terms; and
- Become an expert in Arcadia’s customer facing analytics tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry; or
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry.
- Must also have 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) with the following:
- Performing data analytics with respect to medical and pharmacy claims, population health management and valuebased care contracts, Social Determinants of Health data, Care management processes including experience simulating care management outcomes and Medical economics;
- Report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting;
- Working across product, operations, and marketing analytics including defining key metrics, building insightful dashboards and pipelines, designing/analyzing experiments, and conducting postlaunch analysis;
- Working with key IT business systems, reporting and analytics, and data warehousing; and
- MS SQL Server, Tableau, Quick Site, Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, GGPlot and advanced Excel.
