As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of translations on the Smartling platform. This means playing the link between our linguist community, customers and the Smartling team to coordinate, monitor and deliver all translation projects per Smartling’s quality and turnaround time commitments.

You Will

  • Oversee and deliver multiple translation projects on a daily basis, ensuring that Smartling meets its quality and turnaround time SLAs with all customers
  • Manage all aspects of linguist assignments and translator capacity/ quality issues in a proactive manner
  • Support Project Managers with account related administrative tasks as needed
  • Foster close relationships with linguists and ensure the reliability and accountability of a growing translator community

About the role

We are looking for a Operation Analyst (Contract) teammate to help assist with the stabilization our Ecommerce inventory and data activities and support on preparation for the Grimes/ CR NetSuite unification into Grimes instance.

The Team:

Will report to Mark MIka and have two other peers

Projects to complete.

  • Inventory sync project requiring data review and analysis within NetSuite and Mainfreight’s customer portal Mainchain.
  • You will investigate inventory discrepancies and review historical inbound/ outbound delta qty’s and legacy transfers and adjustments to provide proper discovery on items before making an inventory adjustment out of stock.
  • OPEN PO clean up for NetSuite migration to Grimes system. All PO dates/ Street Dates must be brought up to current.
  • Manage that over 75% of all dates on expected receipt are past due manage those and connect with vendors
  • Review all current HTS harmonized codes on Grimes and CR products for accuracy,
  • Responsibility rate and then inserting data into NetSuite.
  • Review Mainfreight shipping costs against UPS/ Fedex/ USPS rates on the Crunchyroll/ Sony Account. (This could potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year)

Requirements

  • High normal to advanced excel with advanced being green field.
  • Perform basic pivot tables, V: lookup is important.
  • 2 years’ experience with inventory management in consumer goods operation.
  • 2 years’ experience working within and ERP system with NetSuite being greenfield.
  • Prefer experience working with Smartsheet or other PM software.
