About The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with product marketing, product management, business, marketing, and creative teams to help customers meet their earnings goals. You’ll work on national scale GTM launches as well as scrappy ops tests to support the development and scaling of in-app products and new pay model initiatives. You’ll support strategic product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption & excitement of existing pay, ?nancial and experience products for customers to drive outsized impact for them and our business. - Join a cross-functional team from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations on weekly business reviews. Report out to leadership on progress and drive recommendations
- Work with teams to analyze and own product metrics, uncovering key opportunities for marketing and iterating on messaging/positioning accordingly
Requirements:

- 5+ years experience PMM in tech in a GTM role with high-growth and a fast-paced environment

About the Team
The Support Operations & Planning (SOAP) department is made up of a dynamic group of teams and specialists who partner with Product and Support stakeholders to improve the customer and Support team experiences.

About the Role

- You will help improve self serviceability, reduce customer support contacts and internal engineering escalations by creating high quality Support-related content.

An overview of this role
