The opportunity:
The Sr. Application Developer performs advanced-level supports of proprietary applications. This role governs application design/analysis, developing project plans, coding, testing, documenting all code, and maintaining and upgrading existing applications.
How you will contribute:
- Develop and maintain C#, BizTalk applications that process electronic eligibility files (EDI 834)
- Focus on maintaining and enhancing data migration ETL’s
- Optimizing the stored procedures, indexing and performance to enhance the database performance
- Investigating Database bottlenecks: dead-lock resolution, data serialization issues delayed writes, locks, columnar updates, etc.
- Work closely with business users to identify, report and correct data centric issues.
- Deployment of enhancements and modifications/releases environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
What you will bring with you:
- Strong experience with SQL Server and writing/optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience on EDI 83X formats (EDI 834 is preferred
- Should have knowledge and hands-on experience of SSIS. SSRS is a bonus.
- Strong working experience with .NET Framework (C#)
- Working experience in configuring, developing and assisting BizTalk applications (BizTalk Server 2010 or higher required; BRE and BizTalk 360 is a plus)
- Good grasp of Software Development Life Cycle
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality Database backend projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent reasoning skills and resourcefulness
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well alone and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Hands on experience in Database finetuning, resolution of performance bottlenecks (using Profilers and similar tool suite)
- Working experience with data migration/integration (within the healthcare field, particularly dental health benefits administration is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with quick turnaround times.
- HIPAA, PHI, PII and Information security awareness, preferred.

Position Summary:
As the HR Analytics Senior Manager, you will join the Operations Team to support program metrics and success criteria definition and measurement. Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years experience utilizing Tableau with data engineering of different views and dashboards within in the Tableau system
- 2+ years experience manipulating backend data from multiple sources to create reports/dashboards providing in-depth trending and insights analysis within the Tableau system and/or PowerPoint presentations
- 2+ years experience of analytics tools/languages such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, etc. to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
- 3+ years experience in design and creation of visual tools to align metrics with strategic priorities (e.g., performance and adoption dashboards.)
- 2+ years experience with analysis of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems
- 2+ years experience in advanced ability to transform data, understand patterns, and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach to analysis
- 2+ years experience to design creative solutions while always thinking about the big picture
- 2+ years experience translating business terms into complex reporting and data requirements into simplified business needs and requirements
