Our client, the world’s leading beauty company with a diverse portfolio of iconic brands in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrance, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer II to join our in-house creative team!
In this role, you will support the US Creative team by assisting all functions including e-commerce internal needs. This includes materials such as product launch assets, promotions, invitations, emails, websites, digital advertising, and presentations. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all materials as well as packaging and releasing mechanicals. The ideal candidate is able to work confidently and independently, able to catch on to branding and design standards quickly, and is willing to take on any project at a moment’s notice.
This is a remote, contract role that will be about 40 hours a week until December 2024. New York residents preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support launch of campaigns on a variety of ecommerce businesses.
- Manage product launches.
- Reanimation of existing products.
- Create e-commerce materials with banners, landing pages and site content.
- Resize web assets.
- Create or edit emails.
- Create or edit banner ads.
- Create content for social – static and animated GIFS.
- Create or edit mailer assets.
- Provide continuous Site Experience improvements.
- Produce site audits and recommendations for best-in-class D2C experience.
- Research and benchmark D2C competitions.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- 3-5 years of experience.

Current Health is seeking a Program Manager to join the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO). The Program Manager will play an essential role in the proactive management, coordination, and oversight of large, multi-project programs for our most complex enterprise customers. The Program Manager leads the creation of all project/program management materials and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet agreed-up deadlines. The work includes but is not limited to designing and creating program/project assets for engagements at all stages, facilitating project communication through various channels, removing roadblocks, and ensuring that every part of the overall program is managed, documented and meets the desired expectations.

Responsibilities
Generates, maintains and organizes work planning documents and coordinates delivery of all program deliverables and artifacts. Conducts routine analysis to track program progress and update plans as needed.
Successfully collaborates with Current Health teams and customer stakeholders to identify, deploy, evaluate, and scale complex programs at enterprise level healthcare organizations.
Program manages multiple project teams and delivery of projects within a regulated medical device quality process.
Ensures adherence of the program to all compliance, regulatory and accreditation standards, along with best practices.
Reviews existing contracts and agreements to identify and plan for outlined deliverables
Reports program status to senior management and customer senior leadership and executives through written and verbal communication.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience with project management software like Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, Jira etc. is strongly preferred
Deployment experience is preferred
Must be comfortable navigating multiple different tools in remote work setting, e.g. Slack for messaging, Box for document storage, Google Drive for collaboration, etc.
Generally comfortable with new technology and exploring new systems
