We’re looking for a Senior Community Advocate to help us connect with our global community & usher in the next generation of Webflow developers.

About the role

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $99,000 – $126,000 for most US locations and $111,000 – $140,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Director of Community & Agency Marketing

As a Senior Community Advocate, you’ll

  • Inspire community members to actively build & share what they do on Webflow by leading and scaling creative activations like the Speed Build Challenge, Weekly Webflow Challenges, and more
  • Organize & host best-in-class workshops (in-person and online) and livestreams aimed at teaching & connecting with our global designer community
  • Actively engage & respond to our community members, global leaders, and ecosystem partners across our various community channels: Slack, Circle, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, & Discourse
  • Partner with the community & marketing team to highlight community members, their work, and how they build on Webflow across our community channels
  • Build and scale content to educate new users on how to build & be successful on Webflow and measure its impact on user activation and engagement
  • Represent Webflow at community events & trade shows
  • Partner with our Customer Success Team, Marketing & Product team to surface community feedback, identify & coach community members to create content around product releases and empower our community to build using our new features

About you

You’ll thrive as a Sr. Community Advocate if you:

  • Have experience running a community or leading community marketing with a passionate user base bonus points if it’s at a SaaS company
  • Have a deep understanding of Webflow and can clearly articulate how to use the product to users of all levels

  • Have experience producing livestreams or events

Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Director, e-Commerce and Retail Operations to grow the AU brand by creating product lines that serve all fan demographics. This individual will serve as a key thought leader helping to build and execute the product strategy for the company, work on high-level strategy, set a comprehensive financial and operational plan, and be hands-on with the day-to-day operations. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Finance and Operations, and manages one direct report.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across e-commerce, retail, collabs
  • Lead strategy for new product categories and product development
  • Reinforce core merchandising strategies to support our brand
  • Ensure a strong connection to trends and infuse learnings regularly with design to ensure the relevancy of the product
  • Responsible for all aspects of store marketing and operations including inventory management, customer acquisition, visual advertising, and pricing strategies for e-commerce and retail channels
  • Design, develop, and implement cross-channel marketing plans for merchandise launches
  • Partner across departments on integrating product messaging and promotion
  • Develop and oversee the annual marketing calendar to align AU business priorities with product development and arrival
  • Identify potential brands, designers, and influencers to grow AU’s merchandise assortment and create exciting shopping experiences in our Fan Shops by ensuring the availability of the right products at the right time, and at the right price through research and analysis of industry trends
  • Set guidelines for premiums and promotional items
  • Develop style guides, packaging, etc., in partnership with Marketing/Creative to ensure product and retail represent the AU brand
  • Collaborate with Nike to create best-in-class jerseys and go-to-market strategy
  • Establish key vendor relationships that deliver on AU’s standards of quality
  • Report on and interpret data to find ways to increase operational efficiencies and drive top-line sales
  • Bring the AU mission and vision to life in an omnichannel fan-centric shopping environment

Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated sports/entertainment commerce experience
  • Proficiency with Shopify
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Analytical skill set and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Understanding of industry trends, marketplace, competition, and consumer behavior
  • Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
  • The ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule
  • Travel required to each of our seasons, which at minimum would include the start of the season and one additional visit

About Our Opportunity

As the Care Management Systems Analyst, you will support our Care Management application and its users. You will provide subject matter expertise, assist with workflow documentation, conduct customer and group implementations, and set up application users. You will also provide operational support for application configuration, letter generation invoice processing, report development, and ad-hoc data requests.
