Position Overview:

As the Website Experience Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our website for a personalized and seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for leveraging CMS platforms, specifically Contentful, Yotpo, and Algolia to enhance website personalization and content delivery. Your expertise will help us engage our customers effectively and drive sales while maintaining an exceptional online journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the website’s user experience to drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.
  • Utilize Contentful and Use Insider to personalize website content, product recommendations, and promotions based on customer data and behavior.
  • Support management of third party engagement and loyalty tools such as rewards, onsite search, and Quizzes
  • Create and execute A/B testing plans to optimize website elements, including wine product presentation, descriptions, promotions, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to ensure consistent and engaging online experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, utilizing analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Implement A/B testing and user research to continually refine the website’s user experience.

Qualifications:

Essential Job Duties

  • Adhere to WelbeHealth Agile DevOps processes, tools, and environments for requirements capture, architecture and design, construction, quality assurance, code, and documentation version control, production deployment, troubleshooting, and change management.
  • Ensures the features provide the security and data integrity required to meet overall department goals toward PCI and HIPAA compliance.
  • Along with product owners and usability designers, participates in requirements discovery and usability sessions with end users.
