Duties: Develop and own the strategy and end-to-end roadmap for building an intelligent and automated omni-channel communications platform and additional value added services. Understand key touchpoints across digitally engaged customer journeys, help define new opportunities and optimize existing opportunities so we can truly wow our customers. Provide clear vision and scope, use cases, workflows, measurement framework and product requirements to support product development for the Agile pod. Work with key business stakeholders and partners to decompose vision into minimal viable product sets of feature and stories to ensure a harmonized product backlog prioritized on highest value delivered. Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives. Validate value through KPIs and features shipped to enhance customer satisfaction. Use data to make informed decisions and continue to iterate based on data and customer feedback. Facilitate & drive solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, UX and technology teams to prioritize, deliver solutions that align with the overall strategy.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role offered or in a similar position. Full term of experience must include: Defining new opportunities for digital engagement of banking customers and optimizing existing opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Designing product strategy using Aha Roadmaps, developing user interface design using Figma, and performing dashboard reporting using Datadog. Building customer data reconciliation using programming languages, including Python. Providing clear vision and scope, use cases, workflows, measurement frameworks, and product requirements to support product development for Agile pods through the use of Visio, SQL database, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, AWS, elastic cloud computing services, and Simple storage service. Building product strategy and robust technical requirements by using marketing automation, data visualization, test automation, and software design techniques. Developing product roadmaps to scale and upgrade products to meet changing customer and market requirements. Conceptualizing products using Adobe XD, Figma, HTML 5, Visual Studio, and Visual Basic. Integrating data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analyses, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives using tableau reports, data analytics, and querying archives using Python scripts. Building prototypes for user experience using Flutter Framework and the Dart programming language. Validating value through KPIs and features shipped to enhance customers satisfaction. Tracking the progress of product maturity using Agile tools, including Jira, Rally, and Confluence; and Utilizing data analysis tools, including Oracle SQL, UFT, Mainframe, and SQL scripts to query complex communications sent and received by customers.

Job Summary:
NRG is seeking an Analyst with excellent analytics skills to join our NRG Home East Lifecycle Optimization team. The position will be responsible for supporting the analytical and data needs of all the functional areas within the NRG Home East organization. The role will be highly visible and work with a wide range of reporting levels. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills along with the ability to apply statistical rigor to data and uncover actionable insights. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the analytics needs of all the functional areas of NRG Home – East including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Go-to Market, Operations, Pricing and Retention and our internal Analytics departments.
- Build, maintain and collaborate on predictive models and/or financial forecast models using various methodologies.
- Apply statistical principles to assist in identifying proper control groups and post-campaign analysis.
- Contribute to results presentations with audiences of differing technical acumen in both presentations and dashboards.
- Follow established procedures and processes to perform routine analytical reporting or data mining.
- Anticipate stakeholder’s needs, operate with a sense of urgency in response to ad-hoc requests and adapt to changes quickly.

Minimum Requirements:
