We’re looking for an Associate UI/UX Web Designer to join the website team within Fivetran’s Brand Studio, focusing on our web marketing properties, including fivetran.com. Our website team crafts thoughtful and beautifully designed user experiences to help prospective, new and avid users of Fivetran have the best experience with our products. You love to solve complex problems through design, but you’re equally passionate about cultivating, guiding, and inspiring your team through the work to foster a collaborative environment of experimentation and innovation.

This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland/Denver office or remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Design website experiences that align with project goals and user requirements
  • Collaborate with senior designers to produce wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, research and other functions to identify user and business needs
  • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate and build solid relationships both with your team and cross-functionally
  • Maintain and suggest evolutions of our design system and existing style guides with a holistic consideration for the future of the Fivetran brand
  • Contribute to the culture and processes of our design team

Skills We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio of shipped projects either through past internships or other experiences
  • A strong baseline in visual design and/or interaction design skills
  • Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and possess a growth mindset to continuously improve your skills
  • An interest in design systems
  • Baseline knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of current industry tools like Figma with the ability to adapt to new technologies; experience with Webflow is a plus

We’re looking for a collaborative and self-motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our quickly growing team and make a big impact.

The DevOps and Platform groups are responsible for enabling the entire engineering department to focus on doing high impact work. This is accomplished by providing tools, processes, and other paved paths for our infrastructure, configuration management, and other application-agnostic needs. You’ll help ensure that our container-based infrastructure is cost-efficient, scales with our varied workloads, and of course, is reliable.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a cross-disciplined engineer who values collaboration with other teams and also embodies core DevOps philosophies and best practices. You’ll be joining a distributed-first team and be on-call for about 1 week every 10 weeks.

What You’ll do:

  • Partner with fellow DevOps engineers and application teams on providing paved paths for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and helping optimize our containerized workloads
  • Become the subject matter expert for our core Kubernetes and related tooling/ecosystem and help evangelize its usage across the organization
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (stand ups, iteration planning, retros)
  • Mentor peers and other teams on current best practices
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and approaches as well as their possible integration into our stack
  • Help document our tools and spread knowledge
  • Join the weekly production on-call rotation

  • The starting salary for this role is between $140,000 and $170,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. As the Legal Operations Specialist, you will be a member of the Legal team and will apply business and technical practices to the delivery of legal services. This role focuses on multiple core functions, and you will be assigned leadership over one or more of them depending on need and expertise. Core functions could include software management, contract management tool (Ironclad) oversight, project management, analytics, research, contract reviews, contract-related correspondence, and/or property management oversight.

You will provide process planning and solutions, financial management, software maintenance, project management, contract lifecycle management, and/or technology knowledge freeing legal professionals to focus on providing legal advice and expertise. Centered around a dynamic and innovative approach to achieving outcomes, you will contribute to the Legal team’s operations by utilizing and maintaining various technologies, generating data and financial analyses, and optimizing workflow management.

  • Recommend resource allocation, such as external counsel utilization, identifying and implementing process improvements and automations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Provide project management for working groups within the Legal team’s domain.
  • Manage and implement basic systems to improve team integration, optimization, and awareness, as well as analyze attorney workflow and processes. Help identify bottlenecks and discover process improvements. Coordinate Legal team projects, such as working with attorneys to build timelines, using lists of activities required from Legal team members and supported Compassion neighbor groups, and identifying and tracking dependencies for each step.
  • Support attorney productivity through such things as contract management solutions, project management solutions, legal databases, knowledge management, and drafting support. Maintain internal law library and draft common documents such as letters, agreements, legal memoranda, and contract-related correspondence.
  • Provide professional development support for the Legal team, identifying attorney and team needs. Administer plans for skill development related to Legal programs both within the Legal team and the organization at large.
  • Analyze internal and external legal trends and developments, providing recommendations based on available data.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic finance leader who can drive the Financial Planning & Analysis function for TULA skincare. FP&A is a core focus at TULA and this position will be critical in driving Company success as TULA rapidly expands globally as part of the P&G family. This role reports to the Director of FP&A, has one direct report and is fully remote for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of FP&A in the management of the annual planning process and construction of the annual Budget.
  • Support Director of FP&A in full P&L management for the Company.
  • Management and development to one direct report (Financial Analyst)
  • Lead monthly budget variance analysis (actual and forecast); including drivers of variances, business insights, corrective actions, recommendations for strategic decision making and management reporting.
  • Partner with, and empower cross-functional leaders and budget owners in the budget management process
  • Act as a bridge for all company departments to ensure full alignment on P&L impacts of departmental business decisions
  • Analyze financial statements to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes summarizing current and projected financial drivers
  • Maintenance and eventual ownership of Company’s full 3-statement operating model including forecast updates, sensitivity analyses, and reporting.
  • Partner with operations/product development to drive continuous improvement on gross margin with regular reporting to leadership
  • Identify and anticipate risks / opportunities throughout the year to provide leadership with comprehensive insights into forecasted performance on an ongoing basis
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and develop different financial models to help us better understand performance, trends and impacts of decisions
  • Partner with Director of FP&A to develop cost optimization strategies to drive profitability and growth.
  • Develop scenario models in parallel with the Company’s 3 Year Planning Process including models around channel expansion, new growth areas, cost optimization and efficiency considerations to inform strategy
  • Support Director of FP&A in external financial reporting to P&G

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in relevant finance & accounting roles
  • Beauty industry preferred, DTC experience preferred, consumer goods industry required
  • Strong accounting knowledge base
