Position Overview:

In collaboration with product, engineering, researchers, and other partners, youll create compelling end-to-end experiences utilizing Zennis design system. Youll create product designs that deliver value for the business and delight users.

Zenni is looking for a self-starter, entrepreneurial UX designer with a deep skill set in interaction design. Youll drive the product forward not just by designing whats on the roadmap but proposing what to build in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Youre a good fit for this role if you have great storytelling and communication skills and can tackle ambiguous problems and propose elegant and usable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and lead design projects of ambiguous scope from end to end, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists
  • Deliver flow diagrams, interaction design patterns, design specs, wireframes, information architecture, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design
  • Advance your design rationale backed by user research, data, and industry trends
  • Manage time and project expectations appropriately when working on multiple projects at a time
  • Proactively seek input and feedback on your design work, and contribute constructively to design reviews
  • Business-minded approach to finding win-win solutions for consumers and the business
  • Storytelling and communication skills for various stakeholder audiences

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the work of our stakeholders on the product development, clinical, finance, and commercial teams so that you can build the dimensional models, actionable metrics, and documents that will inform how they use data
  • Architect, develop, and manage our production data models in Snowflake and source-of-truth dashboards in Looker using software engineering practices like code review, version control, and automated testing. The technologies we use are Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker, PostgreSQL, and git
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the data that Big Healths digital therapeutics generate, and discover and document new edge-cases and caveats to ensure that our data models reflect reality
  • Build high-impact data products like Looker dashboards to enable self-serve analysis, and ensure that stakeholders are deriving the expected value after delivery
  • Author design documents that resolve technical complexity, as well as instructional materials and semantic layer content that ensures data consumers arrive at the correct answers
  • Lead cross-functional projects from the ingestion of a new data source to polished metrics and dashboards

Required Skills and Experience:
