The Data Team at PandaDoc is currently overhauling existing processes and creating a cutting-edge insights infrastructure from the ground up. We have a reporting line directly to the CTO and co-founder of PandaDoc, so we have an ideal environment for visibility and impact generation.

Currently, we have 2 teams inside the Data organization: Analytics (Marketing, Revenue & Product) and Data Engineering (Data & Analytics Engineering). As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst you will report directly into Director of Data, and will be able to create marketing analytics from the scratch, up to your vision!

We have two main priorities for the 2024 year:

  • Migrate to new infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, various BI tools) to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends, revising existing processes, building a strong data model, and creating standards as we go
  • Generate impact by using data to find and address the biggest opportunities and key problems in different areas of the business

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear insights what can be improved
  • Regularly analyze key marketing metrics and come up with clear insights
  • Cooperate with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineering to create best in class marketing data models
  • Document key definitions and marketing metrics as one SSOT
  • Create clear reporting structure in Tableau for marketing area
  • Partner with key GTM stakeholders to identify key opportunities, the biggest gaps and defining the most optimal growth strategies
  • Design & implement proper attribution model for B2B business

About you:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics area with proven track record of success (conversion, revenue, CAC)
  • Deep understanding of key marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, Organic, Direct)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau
  • Available under American time zone

Youll get bonus points if you:

  • have worked for a B2B startup in the past
  • have experience with modern data stack (DBT & snowflake)
  • have experience with salesforce, hubspot

Job Summary:

Our Creative Design Specialist will oversee the creation and execution of graphic design solutions including imagery, multimedia assets, and print materials for marketing, advertising, and internal communication. The Creative Design Specialist will serve as one of SMIs in-house graphic designers and works closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to develop thoughtful, high-quality visual materials that deliver customer value, help win business, and elevate SMIs voice in the government payment solutions space. The Creative Design Specialist will be responsible for producing engaging visual content to support all SMI business units and ensuring full compliance with established creative guidelines.

Key Functions/ Basic Duties:

  • Design and produce graphic art and visual materials to support SMIs entire product line.
  • Create and maintain print and digital media assets including websites, landing pages, advertisements, proposal graphics, emails, brochures, blogs, sales sheets, videos, logos, and iconography.
  • Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow creative best practices.
  • Assist with execution and tracking of emails, social media posts, and online advertising.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and clients to conceptualize, scope, and develop creative project deliverables and timelines.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Five years experience in a dynamic graphic design role, preferably at an agency.
  • Solid understanding of effective marketing tactics and strategies across print and digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Webflow experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a true team environment, collaborating with other graphic designers, copywriters, and vendors to produce high-quality work.
