We are currently seeking a contractor for approximately 6+ months to fulfill the role of Tech Lead/Architect to support a project centered on the preparation and implementation of an on premise version of the Artemetrx platform. This role will leverage expertise in problem-solving, technical architecture best practices, and data migration. The ideal candidate will have extensive object-oriented architecture and development experience with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
Responsibilities
- The tech lead/architect is an individual contributor, and will perform technical planning, end-to-end architecture development and design specifications for on-prem computing environments.
- Apply infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to design migration of data and workloads between on-premise and cloud based distributed computing environments
- Provides technical leadership and is responsible for establishing the application architecture, design and implementation on-prem environment in clients data center/cloud.
- Creates, evaluates technical change requests.
- Leads or contributes to systems and/or infrastructure prototypes and implementation.
- Engages in performance/integration testing, problem analysis, business and technical analysis.
- Demonstrates subject matter leadership of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability).
- Develop current and target state architecture, migration path that is aligned with broader strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to drive successful implementation or upgrade
- Implement Artemetrx Identity and Access Management and security features in the on-prem version of the application.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of .NET/ASP.NET development experience using C# (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and Web Forms)
- Prior experience working on large scale web-based application in an agile development environment is highly desirable
- High level of familiarity or working experience with object-oriented design, software patterns, debugging
- Proficient understanding of database (MSSQL), including T-SQL, Stored Procedures, etc.
- Proficient with various technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, ASP.Net, MVC, Web Forms, .Net Core, Web Services, IIS Administration
- Developing within the Microsoft environment using MS Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C# and web applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with team
- Strong skills in problem solving and debugging
- Have experience scaling and optimizing applications for performance.
- Have a strong understanding of data modeling concepts and be proficient designing algorithms.

Our Artemetrx SaaS technology is the leading tool for utilizing integrated data to advise the largest healthcare payers on drug optimization strategies.
We are currently seeking a contractor Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for approximately 6+ months. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring product teams deliver high quality applications, systems, and data. The analyst plays a key role in testing efforts to ensure completion of quality assurance deliverables, adherence to product development processes and standards, and drives on time software releases. Identifies and helps with automated QA efforts where appropriate across projects and products.
We need a candidate experienced and resilient enough to understand the complexities of working in a fast-paced environment with a team spread across various locations. Effective collaboration is critical.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day software testing activities to ensure initiatives are completed within an agreed upon timeframe and delivered to user expectations.
- Communicate with users, other technical teams, and product management to review requirements, describe software product features, and test plans.
- Perform test execution based on functional and non-functional user stories or requirements.
- Work with product owners and development leads to triage bugs and effectively manage backlog.
- Negotiate with team members to prioritize defects as part of a sprint iteration.
- Identify KPI measures for test management and product quality throughout the development life cycle. Continually gather and report software quality metrics to illustrate success or shortcomings of service offerings.
- Build new test cases and automate existing test cases where possible.
- Demonstrates professionalism while representing Artemetrx both internally and externally.
- Support system, regression, performance testing, and release management activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science, other discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ year relevant work experience
- Background in Health Care, medical and/or pharmacy data is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in standard testing methodologies and tools
- Experience working with cloud based and/or SaaS product testing is a plus
