The ODPO (Office of the Data Protection Officer) is responsible for HubSpots Privacy Control Framework and supports the execution of the Privacy Program and duties of the Data Protection Officer throughout the organization. - Operationalize strategic privacy projects by making them efficient, scalable, and reliable.

- Develop, define, and report on the programs health and success metrics via dashboards to provide insights to management on risk and strategic direction.
- Operate autonomously leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Work on Industry standard Frameworks such as NIST and EU Cloud Code of Conduct.
We are looking for people who have
- Direct experience in Privacy, Auditing and working with technical teams.
- Experience in data modeling and analysis; working knowledge of SQL and tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Looker or Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of how to use data to influence program strategy and tell compelling stories about organizational effectiveness and impact
- Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and control gap analysis.
- Ability to deliver and manage high quality detailed technical documentation
- Understanding of global security and privacy regulations, certification processes, audit
- Ability to communicate information about Privacy risk to a diverse audience

Cloudflare operates a large global network spanning hundreds of cities (data centers). You will join a team of talented network engineers who are building software solutions to improve network resilience and reduce operational toil.
What you’ll do
As a member of the Network Operating System (NetOS) team you will be a key technical contributor to a cutting-edge network software infrastructure which is used to drive layer2 and layer3 devices on Cloudflare’s network. The NetOS team is responsible for enabling, supporting, and growing SONiC within our Production Network.
You will participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from designing and documenting systems, to writing code and automated tests, to planning, managing, and monitoring production software deployments. Take ownership of code pieces and features, deep involvement in the system architecture in which the features are implemented.
Also, you will help build, integrate, maintain, and upstream, new SONiC features and bug fixes. Create and improve documentation, specifications, and SONiC high level design documents (HLD). In addition, work with hardware vendors and internal teams to integrate new platforms into SONiC.
