YOUR ROLE

As a Dynamics 365 Senior Developer, you are part of a team that is responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting the CRM applications in the CareScout organization. You will collaborate with other Agile teams in the delivery of integrated solutions that align with business goals.

What you will be doing

  • Identify, recommend, and implement CRM system changes, whether configuration or customization, to improve/support the business process as well as optimize the user and the customer experience.
  • Extend the capabilities of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports based on the business requirements.
  • Develop custom components such as PCF Components or Custom PowerApps
  • Facilitate integration with CRM platform using technologies such as REST API web service methods, Dynamics CRM Connectors, and others.
  • Create technical documentation and specifications.
  • Support, maintain, and performance tune D365 applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve D365 technical and functional issues.
  • Work as part of a scrum team to ensure the scope of the sprint is complete, including refinement and estimation, and completion of selected stories.
  • Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
  • Maintain a ‘code-last’ approach, meaning that you will strive to customize the system instead of writing code to accomplish a given task.
  • Leverage new technologies as these become available to help keep the system up to date and the business operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Own application design for domain of responsibility.

What you bring

  • BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or related discipline desired.
  • 4+ years experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM multi-phase, enterprise-wide implementations that contain customization work including writing plug-ins, integrations/web services, code extensions and custom workflows.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and/or Marketing.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL Server including scripting and form creation.
  • Knowledge of and ability to configure security groups and roles.
  • Experience in PowerPlatform and PowerApp development.
  • Experience with Power Pages/Portals.
  • Knowledge of basic database and advanced queries, and Dataverse.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Motivated and self-directed individual able to hit the ground running.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and developing RESTful services and Azure solutions using Azure Functions, Web jobs and Logic Apps.
  • Experience with Field Service.
  • Experience as a Dynamics 365 functional consultant.
  • Understanding of other Microsoft applications and integrations to/from D365.
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework and languages like C#.

What You’ll Do

  • As a TPM, you’ll be the bridge between various teams in multiple timezones, working closely with people from Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Legal, driving the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and programs.
  • Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead planning and execution of high impact programs for assigned teams
  • Create and maintain the roadmap for assigned teams, collaborating heavily with the respective Engineering and Product leaders
  • Manage team capacity and conduct impact analysis to for requests to shift priority, presenting options against roadmap commitments
  • General program management activities including but not limited to:
  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master, including Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retro, etc)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years experience in program management in software development delivery teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Process:
  • Understanding of software development processes and knowledge of the Agile SDLC process
  • Ability to put together release plans for multiple cross functional team releases, identifying and tracking cross team dependencies
  • Solid ability to construct release plans where minimal data is available and many assumptions have to be made
  • Able to measure convergence on key milestones/launch date with capability of identifying and framing tradeoff options when required and driving timely decisions
  • Solid ability to build processes and implement new process optimizations while delivering program commitments in parallel
  • Strong Jira administration and tooling experience is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Product/Technology:
  • Broad domain knowledge of product and technology with solid understanding of system integration across product ecosystem

What You’ll Do:

This role serves as a strategic extension of the Chief Revenue Officer.
