Position Overview: Director of Member Marketing and Outreach

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Member Marketing and Outreach to join our growing team. The Director will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies, with a primary focus on performance-based initiatives to increase brand awareness, member acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of outreach campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, targeting strategies, and creative testing.
  • Implement robust tracking and attribution methodologies to measure campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, service design, engineering, content, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with Brand & Content leads to develop and execute social media strategies to grow awareness, build demand, and inspire engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth marketing data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and incorporate innovative approaches into our marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Support direct reports in setting and managing the priorities, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Direct experience in developing and deploying content-led marketing campaigns
  • Preferred experience in healthcare (Medicare and Medicaid outreach) and/or cause-related verticals, as well as subscription or member-driven businesses.
  • Sophisticated understanding of and experience with organic and paid social media strategies and tactics
  • Strong, process-oriented approach to developing and executing campaigns and related marketing projects
  • Proficiency in digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals is preferred.

As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in growing a best-in-class automation program through the use of UiPath RPA and ML solutions. The Netsmart RPA Solution Architect will play a critical role in identifying RPA opportunities and perform architectural design, analysis and lead the implementation and support of automation solutions across the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define project scope, and identify ROI.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressively related experience delivering projects with UiPath or equivalent RPA technology.
  • Proven experience as an RPA developer or solution architect, with a deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge to clients, cross-functional and cross-hierarchical associates and other stakeholders
  • Certification in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath Certified Automation Solution Architect Professional or UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in the UiPath RPA tool suite and UiPath Cloud or equivalent technologies.
  • Proficiency in coding languages like .NET(C#,VB), Java, or Python.
  • Experience with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server and web services.

About the Role
