An exciting opportunity to join Netsmart during the inception of an automation program that will drive innovation and digital transformation using UiPath RPA technology. As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in growing a best-in-class automation program through the use of UiPath RPA and ML solutions. The Netsmart RPA Solution Architect will play a critical role in identifying RPA opportunities and perform architectural design, analysis and lead the implementation and support of automation solutions across the business. This position will require interactions with various business groups to understand their current business processes, analyzing business requirements, designing automation workflows, and providing oversight on the development, deployment, and support of RPA solutions to drive innovation and achieve optimal efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define project scope, and identify ROI.
- Translate requirements into specifications and design RPA solutions using the UiPath product suite.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and oversight on the development and testing of RPA workflows and bot logic using agile delivery.
- Support design and deployment of solutions meeting standardization, TCO, security, regulatory compliance and application system qualities, for different business units.
- Identify the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions and ensure compliance to IT security best practices.
- Engage with clients, internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the solution roadmap and implementation plan
- Monitor and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
- Maintain process and system documentation for the automation processes.
- Monthly reporting on SLAs metrics and escalations.
- Monitor and optimize bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Research and evaluate emerging technology and industry trends in Intelligent Automation.
- Assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience
- 5+ years of progressively related experience delivering projects with UiPath or equivalent RPA technology.
- Proven experience as an RPA developer or solution architect, with a deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge to clients, cross-functional and cross-hierarchical associates and other stakeholders
- Certification in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath Certified Automation Solution Architect Professional or UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional is preferred.
- Strong expertise in the UiPath RPA tool suite and UiPath Cloud or equivalent technologies.
- Proficiency in coding languages like .NET(C#,VB), Java, or Python.
- Experience with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server and web services.
- Some knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, DNS, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with agile SDLC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box and design creative solutions to solve hard real-world problems.
- The ability to guide complex projects from initial concepts through final launch.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work as a hands-on individual contributor and collaboratively on a cross functional team.
- Application of machine learning and/or NLP models a plus.
- Solid understanding of the health care industry a plus.
