As a Product Manager I, youll be a key member of the Product Management team, helping to deliver the core tools and services property managers need to run their businesses. In addition to owning a scrum team yourself, you’ll have the opportunity collaborate with other teams as well. Youll partner with the team to build, test, and optimize the property management experience. As a Product Manager with RealPage, youll work with a delivery team to guide a team of passionate UX and engineers experts, focused on creating products that our customers love. Youll become the acknowledged expert on your scrum team with deep knowledge of our customers, the industry, our product, and our business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the voice of the customer in all aspect of product design and development.
- Create and elaborate Agile user stories and functional specifications, manage product backlogs.
- Collaborate cross organizationally, playing liaison between business and engineering, gathering business requirements, accomplishing necessary analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain relationships with appropriate technology partners (internal and external) in developing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions.
- Product Leader over several user-facing aspects of the application defining, prioritizing and delivering key improvements in the OneSite product suite.
- Become an expert in OneSite and work directly with customers and other groups toshowcasethe power orOneSite.
- Drivethe roadmap on how OneSite will deliver world-class solutions and accelerate the business with Property Management Companies.
- Coordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development and service teams.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, product innovation, customer validation, and assisting with pricing strategies for OneSite products & services.
- Gather and analyze product performance and operational metrics.
- Additional duties as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 3+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise offerings, including analyzing data and problem solving, are a must
- Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long-term product goals
- Innovation develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget with desktop, web or mobile software product offerings
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently, and take initiative
- Ability to speak with clients and at industry events, both in presentations and in one-on-one settings
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill with all levels of the organization

About The Role
As a Senior Engineer on the Platform services team, you will focus on the most critical system in our stack – our ingestion system. You’ll balance enabling our product requirements with working on advancing our platform to collect even more data at an even higher scale. Were looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our expanding go-to-market team and be the technical voice in the room with new prospects and customers to bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and product. You’ll work with apps of all sizes from pre-signature to go-live while coming up with creative solutions for the needs and requirements of each app.
About you:
- You have 5+ years as a top-performing sales or solutions engineer with a technical product ideally in the mobile or SaaS for engineering / product space.
- You are proficient in one or more of the following: iOS (Swift / Objective-C), Android (Java / Kotlin), Dart, React Native.
- You are not afraid to jump into foreign code to debug issues and answer questions.
- You are experienced working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.
