A Senior Experience Designer at Aledade envisions and designs products and services that help transform primary care in the US to become more patient-centered, proactive, equitable. The person in this particular role will focus on designing experiences to help clinicians identify and prioritize care opportunities during patient visits. To do this, the Senior Experience Designer will partner with a collaborative, cross functional team to understand users needs, visualize concepts and prototype solutions. This role requires strategic thinking that leverages a strong background in digital interaction design to create seamless and beautiful solutions that work across an ecosystem of touchpoints.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Practice Adoption and others to identify user problems and shape how they will be solved.
  • Gather, articulate, and visualize key concepts and patterns using storyboards, user journey maps, etc. in order to drive strong cross functional alignment and enable effective decision-making about possible approaches.
  • Deliver user flows, low fidelity prototypes, high fidelity design comps, and build specifications for high quality digital workflows that fit within broader end-to-end service experiences.
  • Support engineering delivery with design documentation, rationale, and conversations that ensures intent is translated to the end user experience.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Experience Design & Research practice, playbook, and knowledge base.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product and interaction design
  • Fluency in usability best practices and their application to unique design challenges
  • Fluency and skill with a variety of design related tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, etc.).

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional partners to gather information and navigate tradeoffs.
  • Solid communication and storytelling skills can clearly articulate the what, why, and how of their approaches and tailor a message to the audience. Experience designing and prototyping end-to-end digital experiences with cross-functional teams working in iterative environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing complex analytic, decision support and workflow applications
  • A robust portfolio showing expertise in multiple facets (two or more) of experience design, particularly interaction design, visual design, and content design
  • Experience applying research based insights to designs
  • Understanding of and commitment to inclusive and accessible design
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, consulting, and organizational navigation skills
  • Experience working in complex health care product and service contexts (particularly in population health, clinical decision support, and direct patient care)
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills
  • Knowledge of modern product development methodologies (design thinking, lean, agile, etc)

The Staff UX Researcher will work closely with cross-functional members of the development and planning teams. Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and execute multiple user research projects simultaneously while working closely with UX leadership and cross-functional teams (including Data Science, IT, Product, Human Factors, Design, Clinical, Marketing, and Innovation)
  • Responsible for End-to-End research in their assigned product category, including medical devices, web portals, and all user-facing experiences.
  • Create mixed-methods research roadmap(s) by consulting with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead and execute the UX research process, from study planning, alignment, and findings communication.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in UX, Human Factors, or Marketing/Customer Insights with a focus on researching and developing customer-centric physical, digital, web, and/or service-based products
  • Knowledgeable (or excited to learn) about diabetes
  • Experience executing primary research with qualitative, as well as quantitative methodology and statistical analysis (e.g., Qualtrics, large-scale surveys)
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging design tools (PowerPoint, Figma, …) for research
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally on successful research projects with Customer Care, Data Science, Product, Design, Finance, etc…
  • Work well in ambiguous situations with the ability to drive to research that enables business and design data-driven decision making.

Job Description

The Senior Forecasting and Pharmacoeconomic Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining client specific drug trend forecasts by analyzing their historical data and designing predictive models to help clients predict their future drug trends.
