HubSpot is looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineering Manager to oversee endpoint service automation for a large-scale environment of MacOS, Windows, and Linux laptops as well as mobile devices. In this role, you will oversee a team that delivers end user client images and software packages to the company in a high quality, touchless manner, while improving the way by which we deliver these services with a forward looking modern approach. Your teams’ responsibilities also include the automation of application packaging and delivery, patch management, secure connectivity, in addition to daily operational tasks and project deliverables. You will be expected to help develop and implement “cloud-first” solutions, collaborate with others in the development of automated solutions that drive functionality and lower manual efforts making the team and product more effective. This is a hands-on manager role requiring the ability to get in the weeds and assist with implementing automation scripting as well as conduct code reviews.

In this role, youll get to:

  • Deliver automation to our end user productivity solutions including desktop, laptop, and mobile device image deployment and software packaging automation
  • Oversee a team responsible for systems deployment process including: concept, design, creation, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal of MacOS, Windows,and Linux machines
  • Provide oversight of deploying, maintaining and updating a standard image for desktops (physical and virtual), notebooks, and mobile systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux
  • Leverage a globally scalable approach to endpoint refresh and deployment using automation towards a ‘touch-less’ migration experience
  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation for systems imaging and deployment of endpoint technologies, including Windows MacOS, and Linux
  • Ensure all responsibilities include proper documentation for creation, deployment, patching, securing, asset tracking, lifecycle and hardware/software support

We are looking for people who have experience in the following areas:

  • Solid proficiency with advanced scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Powershell or with structured development languages such as Java
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent IT or software development experience.
  • 3 years minimum experience managing a team of IT professionals as a Tech Lead or Manager
  • Solid working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Minimum of three years hands-on experience supporting endpoint deployment processes, including endpoint patch management, encryption and security controls of 1000+ client environment
  • Working knowledge of asset management for endpoints, CMDB
  • Experience with core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IPSEC, VPN, NAT, Routing Protocols, and Firewalls
  • Experience with MDM providers and technology for endpoint management such as JAMF Pro, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, SCCM, InTune,
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory
  • Understanding of Ansible with a practical knowledge of how to deploy systems and playbooks in an automated fashion

About the Role:

As a member of the Implementation team, you will be responsible for owning and driving the Implementation phase of the customer journey, setting a strong foundation for long term success with Medallion. You will manage several projects in parallel, including top priority enterprise accounts and spanning Medallion’s complete suite of services and products. You will serve as the main point of contact for your customers, project manage the end-to-end implementation process and partner with Customer Success & Growth, Product, and Sales teams.

You will work with customers directly to set them up for success and advocate for their needs internally. You will also build the systems and tools to make these processes more efficient as the business grows.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Business Operations and base compensation for this role may land between $85,000 – $115,000. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Responsibilities:

Skills & Requirements:

About the Role

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will play a key role leading our DTC marketing efforts, with a focus on both Retention and Acquisition. This role will oversee customer loyalty, lifecycle marketing, subscription; as well as managing strategy for search and social paid media.
