Our growing Imunify Security team is looking for a Malware Analyst to analyze various types of malware attacks to the web hosting servers and create improvements in our products that will help prevent infections for our clients in the future.

As our Malware Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing malware samples to identify their purpose and origin, including scanning files to detect viruses
  • Identifying security vulnerabilities in websites, networks, or operating systems
  • Reviewing any relevant information about previous attacks to determine the best way to respond to new threats
  • Building and testing prototypes of new security measures to prevent future attacks
  • Analyzing potential security risks and developing solutions to prevent hacking attacks
  • Researching new types of malware to help create detection methods for new threats
  • Developing anti-virus software programs to identify and remove viruses from infected computers
  • Documenting findings about malware infections for future reference

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • GNU/Linux operating system and shell scripting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with PHP
  • Knowledge of web-based malware analysis (unpack, deobfuscation, etc)
  • Experience cleaning up websites from malware
  • Experience in Apache / Nginx / (LightSpeed would be a plus)
  • Analytical mindset for analyzing security threats operating
  • English – intermediate or advanced level
  • It will be a plus:
    • Python programming skills
    • Understanding of standards and frameworks: CVE, CWE, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, etc;
    • Knowledge of regular expressions (PCRE)

Who we are looking for:

Amsive is currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Production Specialist to join our Email Services team. The position is full-time remote.

This position will be actively involved in email development, data list management, and provide internal and external customer support of the email service providers used. The Email Production Specialist will design and develop HTML emails daily, manage and load lists into SFMC, maintain subscriber attributes, and schedule emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The position will support existing and new email campaigns and automated programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational, and teamwork skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Set up, configure, test, and manage marketing automation campaigns and campaigns workflows
  • Maintain subscriber/purchaser data, imports, and segmentation using a combination of tools and databases.
  • Utilize SFMC and external email service provider applications to build, schedule and launch daily campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the email marketing team to meet client goals and expectations.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities to improve.
  • Work with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate team members.
  • Create and update product documentation.

Who you are:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with email development/design strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding, development, and troubleshooting skills for table-based HTML email, comfortable working directly in code (HTML, Inline CSS, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in other platforms like Iterable, Send Grid, Braze, Hubspot, or similar preferred.
  • Email automation experience and knowledge of email best practices strongly preferred.
  • Mobile and email design experience required, with responsive & dark-mode HTML design & experience required.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure products meet performance specifications. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment needed for testing and evaluation. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes, and reports defects and problems that occur during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Additionally, you will implement and participate in product walkthroughs. Automated testing may be utilized based on the discretion of the hiring manager.

  • Collaborates with the development and/or requirements team to assist in testing applications.
  • Conducts analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of products. Assists in developing testing procedures.
  • Assists in developing test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.
