IT Project Manager Agile Scrum (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Project Managerfor alarge, global B2B Software company. This role will be responsible for driving PMO activities in coordination with a team of senior technical and non-technical professionals dedicated to the implementation and enablement of data and analytics platforms.
This is a 6-month project (Extension Possible), 40 hours per week, Remote role in the US.
Preferred someone from PST time Zone.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning, burn up/burn downs, cross functional scrum team dependencies, create release schedules and related staffing plans.
- Develop detailed project execution plan and manage all execution aspects, including interdependencies, progress metrics, testing, deployment and enablement Create crisp and complete documentation to facilitate project reviews and decision-making process.
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution actions with key stakeholders Manage scrum teams applying Agile principles, practices, and theory Responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, mission critical programs/projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Provides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors Develops detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 6-8 years of IT project management and Agile scrum experience.
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience managing IT projects in data and analytics domain.
- Demonstrated project management experience in implementing systems at enterprise level.
- Knowledge of business processes; experience with Enterprise data and analytics ecosystems
- Experienced scrum master applying scrum principles and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Agile tool and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, feedback loop with customer involvement
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills.
