The Role
The Senior Lead Program Manager is a strategic position within the Small Business Strategic Partner and Field Sales organization. This key position is responsible for sales enablement and training calibration specifically focused on efforts focused within our Field Sales & Vendor/Partner teams in Small Business. This role partners closely with the Training organization to ensure training initiatives complement and are aligned with Internal activities.

The Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee large, complex projects aimed at reducing customer churn, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams across Operations, Finance, IT, etc., to define program objectives and execute deliverables.

Summary/Objective
The Global Amazon Marketing Manager develops and executes Ruffwear’s marketing strategies on the Amazon platform. This role is responsible for building strategies and processes to drive sales, optimize product listings, and maximize brand visibility and profitability across multiple Amazon marketplaces worldwide. Position Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global Amazon sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals and insight from Sales and Marketing partners.

NPR Visuals is focused on creating and distributing content that reflects and serves America. We work with teams across NPR, our member stations, and content partners to tell stories and engage audiences on NPR.org, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other visual platforms.
As a member of the Visuals team, the Video Associate Producer will be primarily focused on working with our New England News Collaborative and its member stations to produce short form video, best in class visual content that can deliver a satisfying experience in a minute or less. The content will need to be visually arresting and informative; giving you something that you didn’t know in a way that reflects the best characteristics of NPR. We will pilot content using Agile scrum methodology, with an emphasis on more diverse visual stories featuring more diverse storytellers.
This position is remote based in the New England region.
This is a grant-funded position that ends on June 30, 2025.
This is a union represented role covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement with SAG-AFTRA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with New England News Collaborative editorial team and the collaborative’s member stations (Maine Public, NHPR, Vermont Public, New England Public Media, WBUR, GBH, CAI Cape & Islands, Connecticut Public, WSHU, Rhode Island PBS and The Public’s Radio) to develop, conceive and execute original visual content from pitch through publication with a sophisticated understanding of how to tailor storytelling for young and diverse audiences.
- Produce, shoot and edit video and photography for visual platforms.
- Clearly communicate vision, project goals, narrative scope and timeline in collaboration with an Editor.
- Collaborate with NPR Visual producers and NENC journalists to develop story ideas for videos, photo essays, and visual story-telling for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including adapting longer form video for a wide array of visual platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of social and streaming platforms, accompanying formats and best practices.
- Research story ideas and fact check supporting materials maintaining NPR editorial and ethical guidelines.
- Perform post-production techniques: text graphics, sound design, and color correction.
- Uphold the highest standards for the visual tone of our storytelling.
- Survey NPR, member stations and the competitive landscape to make sure our video storytelling is optimized and smart.

EDUCATION

This full-service agency produces digital, video, augmented/virtual reality, and print assets and is consistently rated better than both similar in-house agencies and external competitors—overall and with respect to innovation, execution, and client support.
As a Medical Animator, you will create visual representations of complex medical and biological concepts through animation. Your work will involve combining artistic skills with scientific knowledge to produce accurate and engaging animations used in various fields such as healthcare, research, education, and pharmaceuticals.
Candidates must have prior pharmaceutical marketing or agency experience, preferably in the human health, animal health, consumer or medical/scientific communications space.
