The Role

The Senior Lead Program Manager is a strategic position within the Small Business Strategic Partner and Field Sales organization. This key position is responsible for sales enablement and training calibration specifically focused on efforts focused within our Field Sales & Vendor/Partner teams in Small Business. This role partners closely with the Training organization to ensure training initiatives complement and are aligned with Internal activities.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee large, complex projects aimed at reducing customer churn, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams across Operations, Finance, IT, etc., to define program objectives and execute deliverables.
  • Business Transformation: Proactively seek opportunities to improve business processes, reduce costs, and recommend solutions for enhancement.
  • Resource Coordination: Identify and manage resource needs, collaborating with team leads and SMEs to validate comprehensive requirements and plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understand and articulate the technical aspects of operational products/services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Risk Management: Analyze process risks and inefficiencies, striving for continuous business transformation and cost elimination.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 6+ years related experience in the technology or telcom industry. Preferable experience with TDM and/or work experience within the Public Sector 
  • Team Work: Experience leading complex projects and/or technology programs in the technology industry with a focus on how to quickly scale the program to achieve a positive ROI based on program goals. Influences and leads cross-functional team members towards
  • Transparency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills to ensure proper stakeholder alignment and gain executive buy in; influence outcomes aligned to program charter; Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and communicate progress, risks and dependencies clearly and in a timely manner to leadership for visibility and additional support.
  • Trust: Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively, in a constantly changing environment so as to keep pace with internal and external demands.
  • Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas.
  • Preferred qualifications: Formal recognized project and/or Agile certification requirements (e.g., CPO, CSM,PMI, PMP)
