You will collaborate closely with fellow design team members, product leads, and engineering partners to conceptualize, ideate, design, and deliver creative solutions that achieve business goals and serve user needs. You will learn our global design system and system architecture and become an expert and evangelist for both. You will also contribute to the overall brand, working across channels to help reach our audience in a consistent way.
In this role, you will:

- Align closely with Creative Director and UI/Visual Design discipline to ensure experience meets best practices and maintains consistency across teams
- Provide design support across divisions like Comms and Marketing to ensure that there is consistency across all channels
- Support design education and present at Design Lunch and Learns
Strategy & Communication (30%)
- Analyze business and technical requirements, partner with UX, Product, Engineering, and relevant stakeholders to develop meaningful user-focused design solutions
- Work closely with research to derive actionable insights, facilitating informed design decisions
- Meet with UI team members to best design and iterate features
- Develop interactive prototypes, presentations slides, and other documents to communicate design strategies to project teams
- Create and share comprehensive documentation to track decisions, strategies, and research efforts
- Form and maintain solid relationships with project team members and stakeholders

- Knowledge share with other designers on best practices for effectively presenting and leading in meetings

- Self-manage workload and obtain necessary requirements and acceptance criteria needed to complete work
- Coordinate with UI Lead, product leads, design team, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of design artifacts
- Help foster an environment for collaboration by partnering with business and other creative units to align our visual design approach with project goals, and the brand
You have:
- A portfolio of your work included in your application.
- Hands-on experience in UI/visual design or interaction design for agency or in-house teams.
- An advanced understanding of UI design principles and best practices, as well as design systems, hierarchy, typography, aesthetics, illustration, photography, and composition.
- Experience with designing native mobile and web-based applications and tools, with a background in designing dashboards, systems, and complex UI.
