You’ll work in a squad owning your projects with mobile developers under the guidance of our Head of Design and Head of Product. Familiarity with Figma is a must as well as strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving requirements.

How you’ll make an impact:

- Collaborate with the Head of Design to design visually stunning and functional user interfaces for the mobile app, ensuring consistency with the brand’s guidelines and style
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Head of Design and Head of Product, user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously enhance the app’s usability and appeal
- Being our go-to designer and champion for interaction design on the platform
- Direct developers to implement your designs to spec including QA and feedback
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the app and future design projects
- Owning, creating and maintaining a components library on Figma for the app
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and test design concepts and user flows
- Brainstorm and drive new creative development and ways to attract new users
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute product marketing such as email marketing, user education and other communications

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Partner Solution Architect at Fivetran. You will be responsible for educating our partners on how to successfully install and implement all versions of Fivetran – SaaS, on-premise (HVR) and hybrid (HD) – and when called for, to supervise those.
While sitting on the Professional Services team, you will work closely with the Fivetran Partner Organization and serve as the services delivery subject matter expert both within the FPO and out to our partners.
You will prioritize and evaluate partner “readiness” both to start training as well as upon completion. You’ll be responsible for working with the professional services, partner, and enablement teams to define training requirements, facilitate a process and produce enablement curriculum and resources that fulfill those requirements and can be standardized for repeatability and scale. You’ll also bring to the partners best-practice advice and guidance based both on Fivetran and other partner execution and success.
Finally, you will not be working alone; your role will encompass interactions not only with partner stakeholders but also with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Customer Support Engineers, Partner Sales Engineers, Enablement, and FPO. Therefore, you should be comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders triaging on a wide range of topics.
