Web Analytics & Personalization Sr. Manager will lead and manage a team of developers and analysts working on building scalable web data analytics & personalization solutions. This role is key to end-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder management, collaborate with cross-functional IT & business teams within AbbVie US Commercial. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, proven data design and implementation capabilities, business acumen, and a highly developed drive to deliver results
The candidate must be able to help solve significant problems for AbbVie brand marketing teams focused on web data analytics & personalization related problems so that they can make right & timely data driven decisions. Operate as the subject matter expert and be the point person for all technical aspects involving web analytics data collection & reporting.
S/he will report to the Associate Director – DSS Architecture & Engineering, part of Brand Technology Solutions.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Help manage web analytics data collection and web content personalization platforms. This includes processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Effectively communicate results of complex analytical models and influence action to improve Operations performance.
- Manage front and back-end activities and be a subject matter expert in designing, architecting, and developing custom, low-code and no-code analytics solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating insights and information to a broad range of stakeholders through meaningful oral and written communication.
- Provide management and hands-on, expert-level assistance to developers, designers, front/back-end leads, systems analysts, etc.
- Lead the team (internal and external) in providing detailed development estimates and solution development activities.
- Responsible for SLC, inter IT audit and other AbbVie policies and procedures.
- Establish governance and guidelines including a Community of Excellence (COE) for effective use of analytics solutions, their integration within the Martech platforms, and integration with other core AbbVie systems.
- Work with minimal oversight; deliverables and relationships that are monitored through periodic reviews.
- Supervise, motivate and mentor a team of developers and testers (internal/external) within her/his larger team.
- Effectively manage budget, responsible for leadership status report, and participate in project intake activities.
Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years experience; Master’s Degree with 7 years experience; PhD with 3 years experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency across a range of technologies specifically including – Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Target and Adobe Launch.
- Deep understanding of web data reporting data privacy implication, campaign data classification, SEM as well as data integration for other advertising domains.
- Experience in data quality tools, including data profiling, cleansing and identity resolution and tools such as Claravine, Observepoint and OneTrust
- Deep understanding of web services software architecture and design, specifically including content managed sites implementations.
- Proven track record in leading medium to large workstreams, involving business and technical teams and managing onshore/offshore/near shore resources, in a multi-vendor environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics or social science (i.e., mathematics, economics, business, public policy, or related disciplines). Graduate degree preferred.
- 3 years of applied research experience.
- Experience with R or Stata is required; experience with other statistical software packages such as Python, and Tableau.
- Ability to standardize programming syntax and automate syntax where applicable.
- Initiative to expand in a specialized skillset such as programming dashboards (in R, Python, or JavaScript), cloud computing, large-scale data processing in Spark, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Knowledge and experience with social science research methods including best practices for surveys, experimental design, and associated statistical analyses (i.e., descriptive statistics, traditional statistical modeling, machine learning).
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.

Job Description:
An employer is looking for Senior Project Managers to work remotely. Daily responsibilities will include closely tracking project budgets, accruals, monitoring resources, forecasting risks, identifying causes for variances, and partnering closely with domain teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met. This PM will be running meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team standups, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings. They will also cover all IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking. This PM will be assigned to the following project:
– ETRMS Consolidate Endur replace
– Primary focus of this project is consolidation – to replace Endur – Gas Management System (GMS) application used by 3 user groups Front Office/Energy Supply Merchant, Mid-office/Energy Risk Control and Market Risk and Back office/ Energy Derivitive Accounting. Ideally the replacement application will be a new module in, or an addition to an existing software suite that PSE already owns, thus consolidating software (reducing tools by one).
– In November, this project will require someone to come in during a phase pause for a contract scope, final spec, and cost. This person will then assist in the implementation phase for the remainder of 2024 and 2025.

What You’ll Bring to Vita Coco:
- 2-4 years of CPG industry experience, with category management, business insights, or shopper insights experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required
- Significant experience with scanning data sources, such as Circana, Nielsen, and/or retailer-specific data sources
- Strong mastery of panel data sources, such as Numerator, Circana, and/or retailer-specific data sources
- Experience with JDA or other space planning software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with C-Shopper is a plus
