Barrel is looking for a freelance Digital CRO Strategist to collaborate alongside our remote-first team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies and a proven track record of improving website performance. As a CRO Strategist, you will analyze user behavior, identify conversion barriers, and implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
· Establish KPIs for conversion rate optimization and create a robust A/B testing roadmap for newly launched websites.
· Perform website audits and provide strategic recommendations based on UX best practices and usability standards for existing client websites
· Define, report, and present the performance of website A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to clients
· Develop internal and client-facing POVs, guidelines, and templates for building new websites, tracking performance, SEO and CRO testing
· Consult with clients to develop, articulate, and implement comprehensive SEO strategic plans/roadmap that align with client’s overall goals and broader strategies
· Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities for clients by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits, and data/traffic analysis
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing to continuously improve our services.
· Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement CRO strategies and ensure seamless integration.
Skills:

- Demonstrated experience using website testing tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Test and Hotjar
- Solid background in creating SEO and CRO roadmaps for both newly launched and established websites
- Experience creating and managing reporting/analytics frameworks with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Experience in presenting strategic plans and performance reporting to clients
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and collaborate with UX Design, Web Development and Client Services teams

Principle Design Program Manager
One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Principle Design Program Manager experienced with global events. Client is a market leader that sells database software and technology, cloud engineered systems, and enterprise software products—particularly its own brands of database management systems.
The Brand Experience team is seeking a Principal Design Program Manager to join our team. Our team is focused on brand stewardship, management and execution of projects which span all creative disciplines (video, audio, copy, motion graphics, photography, and design) with partners across Marketing, Brand, Sales, Events, and Product. This role will focus on the delivery of our global tours, with programs going live from January through April and potentially more.
This role serves as a key contributor and driver and will anticipate and help solve creative problems, work collaboratively with partner teams, and be able to think outside the box. We are looking for someone who knows how to navigate and support our desire to keep things fun, innovative, and fluid. If you are skilled in organizing requirements, leading through ambiguity, creating timelines, progress, and providing ownership and accountability to see projects through completion, then we want to talk.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive a range of complex and multi-disciplinary projects from kick-off through execution, including managing timelines and deadlines, running meetings, scheduling creative reviews, and being a primary liaison with partner teams
- Own massively complex global design initiatives and deliver them flawlessly
- Support the delivery of multiple medium scale events (1500-5000 attendees each) with competing timelines, priorities, and deadlines and limited resources.
- Understanding of delivery, workflows, and workstreams for live events
- Support the delivery and scale of sophisticated web and digital production projects including the optimization of process and workflow for a high functioning design and creative organization.

Qualifications
- 8+ years operating as a project manager or producer in the creative and/or digital advertising industry (agency-side, design studio, or in-house) – live events experience a must
- Understanding of graphics process, especially as it comes to live events.
- Experience working with international territories/global stakeholders
- Experience working with Project Management software. Wrike is a PLUS.
- Familiarity with creative and multimedia projects file formats and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of project management principles, creative process, and production workflows within a creative department or advertising agency
- Experience managing complex, multi-discipline creative projects and marketing with multiple cross-functional partners, and ensuring successful delivery for all parties involved
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor and manage workload
