Veeva Systems is looking for driven, self-motivated Lead Consultants with a passion for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology. Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud helps organizations eliminate silos and transforms business processes across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety with greater efficiency and compliance.
Lead Consultants within our practice will be responsible for leading a team of Veeva colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for a customer’s Veeva Vault products. You’ll oversee implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to partner and build relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, and strategic customers.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing, role with occasional travel requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Lead IT Operations at our customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions
- Function as a Primary customer liaison managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties
- Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting
- Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success and continuous improvement of the customer
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting or Product Management
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Experience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Vehicle Artist who will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aesthetics and user experience of our game. Your primary responsibility will be to create stunning, high-quality vehicle assets that seamlessly integrate into the game environment owning the entire process and organization of the pipeline. What you’ll bring to the team:
- At least 4 years of extensive experience in game development, specializing in 3D artistry with a focus on vehicles, preferably in racing games. Ability to create environmental assets will be a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in vehicle creation, cars and / or motorbikes. Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating the ability to create environment art, including examples of terrain, landscapes, and architectural elements will be a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools for vehicle creation.
- Strong understanding of vehicle design principles, proportions, mechanical functionality, and aerodynamics.
- Solid understanding of lighting principles, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
