ASRC Federal is seeking a Cyber Security(SOC) Analyst to provide cybersecurity monitoring and incident response services to a U.S. Government client. This role involves monitoring and analyzing network traffic, handling security incidents, and preparing situational awareness reports. The Senior SOC Analyst will mentor junior analysts and work on improving SOC performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and other security data for signs of malicious activity.
  • Investigate security alerts and notable events using SIEM tools.
  • Analyze, triage, contain, and remediate security incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Prepare situational awareness reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain response playbooks and SIEM detection strategies.
  • Conduct forensic analysis and threat hunting.
  • Implement security procedures and provide technical support to the security team.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends.

Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of SOC analyst experience.
  • IAT 8140 certification with relevant IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA-Security, etc.).
  • List 1: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
  • List 2: CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CySA+ , GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Cloud+, SCYBER, PenTest+
  • Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Expertise in analyzing network packets, SIEM alerts, and logs for investigating incidents.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK or Cyber Kill Chain methodology.
  • Advanced analysis skills for advanced persistent threats.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Splunk Cloud, Splunk SOAR, and Splunk UBA.

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the Data Engineering team and play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of Figure’s data architecture. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of scalable data solutions that directly support Figure’s broader organizational goals. The Coder+ Quality Assurance Specialist will be accountable for executing the quality assurance program related to CODER+ services provided by Privia Health. The QA Specialist will serve as an integral member of the CODER+ program team, responsible for partnering with vendor partners and internal coders to ensure high quality coding is being performed and that proper feedback is being given. This position will spend the majority of the time reviewing coders, educating coders, and working on various projects that involve coding and education. The ideal candidate will draw on existing expertise in primary care and specialty medical coding, billing and compliance with government and commercial payers and act as a coding resource within the team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform Evaluation and Management coding, procedure, ICD-10 and HCPC quality reviews as well as other projects related to physician coding. The ideal candidate demonstrates a thorough understanding of complex coding and reimbursement as they relate to physician practices and clinic settings.

Job Requirements:

  • Apply appropriate coding classification standards and guidelines to medical record documentation for accurate coding
  • Perform quality assessments of records, including verification of medical record documentation (electronic and handwritten)

Minimum Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years hands-on design and programming experience in an object-oriented language, preferably Python
  • 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably with APM tools
  • Strong architectural understanding of either the JEE or .NET platform and how it works, and a self-directed willingness to learn about other platforms and “new stack” technologies
