What You’ll Do
- Lead design on expanded customer reporting initiatives, focusing on opportunities to provide more actionable insights to help customers discover and prioritize the right content to be shared.

Your Responsibilities
- Guide the UX process throughout the product design lifecycle, from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity designs (and clickable prototypes) and their development across our products.
- Establish a strong foundation in user research, information architecture, and visual design; continuously identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Address undefined problem spaces with comprehensive end-to-end design solutions, spanning user research, experience, visual, and interaction design.
- Engage deeply with user insights to drive continuous improvement and push for a user-centered approach in all design initiatives.
- Gain a profound understanding of the product and competitive B2B SaaS landscape to influence product strategy and ensure our designs meet business, client, and technical standards.
Requirements
- Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard design or data-driven storytelling.
- 5+ years in UX, product, or interaction design, preferably with substantial familiarity with angular component libraries like Dashkit.
- Highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

NBCUniversal is looking for an individual to fill the role of Sr DevOps Engineer. As a member of the NBC Production Infrastructure team, this individual would architect solutions to further migrate Enterprise IT offerings to the cloud as well as support a hybrid infrastructure model. They will also be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services that directly support broadcast production.
Reliability Engineering is a methodology that combines automation, codified infrastructure, and continuous delivery to reduce operational complexity and increase platform stability and usability. Applying this approach to the enterprise broadcast environment, the Sr. DevOps Engineer will design and build solutions to automate, provision, and maintain infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments.
This role will rely heavily on Infrastructure-As-Code, Configuration Management, and cloud-native architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize infrastructure as-code and GitOps tooling to enable secure and reliable provisioning of systems across hybrid cloud environments (AWS, VMWare, Nutanix, etc)
- Maintain and manage virtual infrastructure hardware stacks (VMWare, Nutanix, etc.)
- Design and implement CI / CD pipelines to ensure code quality, agility, security, and policy.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Helm, Puppet, and Ansible
- 3+ years experience designing and implementing innovative IT infrastructure solutions at enterprise scale
- Production experience with AWS/Azure platforms and core service offerings
- Experience with VDI workflows, desktop delivery, image pipelines, remote connectivity
- Linux/Windows operating system internals, debugging, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (presenting to executives, engagement with vendors, technical writing, documentation, etc.)
- Keen eye for information cyber security (zero-trust, machine identity, authentication, authorization, secrets abstraction)
