About the Role
As a key technical escalation point, you’ll help customers overcome complex challenges, providing in-the-moment solutions and feedback that shapes our platform’s future. Your expertise will keep our customers running smoothly every day of the year.
What You’ll Do..
- Become an expert in the Dutchie ECommerce platform, supporting all legal cannabis markets.
- Assist dispensary and consumer customers across email, phone, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software, managing multiple issues simultaneously.
- Test solutions for emerging issues and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute product feedback to the organization for future platform development
Hours of Operation: 5am-6pm PST M-F, 6am-6pm PST Sat-Sun. Open availability (evening, weekends, and holidays) are required for this role.
What You Bring…

Marketing Technologies
- Define and manage the marketing operations roadmap: Drive the evaluation, selection, integration, and consolidation of marketing technologies, ensuring alignment with department needs and goals.

Analytics

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, with experience in strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leading marketing operations/analytics teams.
- 10 years general B2B tech marketing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, BI, and key marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Qlik, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense, multitouch attribution).
- Experience managing individuals and teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making and identifying new opportunities.

The Designer is responsible for commercial kitchen design, draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation drawings. This position is responsible for partner/client relationships when developing schematic design, design development, and prototypical packages. An overview of this role
As the Director of IT Audit, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a global risk-based technology focused internal audit strategy, IT audit, and SOX ITGC plans in support of Internal Audit Department requirements. The Director, IT Audit reports to the Vice-President, Internal Audit.
