We are seeking a Senior Video Production Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, production, and editing of video content that elevates our brand, engages our target audiences, and supports marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce high-quality video assets, from promotional materials to product demos, webinars, and case studies. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of video production best practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of video projects, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create engaging content that aligns with the company’s goals and voice.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
- Direct video shoots, including lighting, sound, camera work, and set design, both in-house and with external agencies.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, incorporating motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and other enhancements.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, websites, webinars, events), ensuring the format, style, and messaging are appropriate for each.
- Stay up to date on the latest video production trends and tools to continuously innovate and improve the company’s video content strategy.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Mentor junior video production team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Manage relationships with external production agencies, freelancers, and vendors when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics design.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
- Experience with studio and field production, including setting up and operating professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, sound).
- Knowledge of video optimization for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, on-brand content.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and animation.

We’re looking for a motivated Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning materials that support Sandbox VR’s training initiatives. As we continue to expand, you will play a critical role in ensuring our staff and franchisees are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver world-class experiences.
What You’ll Do:

- Work closely with the Learning & Development Program Manager, who will guide and support you through each phase of the design and rollout process
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses that support Sandbox VR’s training programs
- Create job aids, quick-reference guides, and technical standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both corporate and franchise locations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training materials align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Develop knowledge checks, assessments, and quizzes to evaluate learner comprehension and retention
- Continuously evaluate and update training content based on learner feedback and operational needs
- Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS), uploading content, and tracking learner progress
